This is the first Disney Girls book I ever read, and still one of my favorites. Even though Ariel is a bit much (and very unrealistic about taking on ballet), the story is a lot of fun!

It was a good book and shows you how Ariel persists to keep doing ballet but when she sees her costume for the recital she changes her mind and wishes she was on the swim team.
