Clay is a pulse-pounding and steamy second-chance Daddy MC romance brimming with alpha heat, gritty danger, and a love too fierce to tame. Perfect for readers who crave stern Daddies, steam, second chances, and heart-pounding HEA's.
I love to write sweet, sexy M/M Age Play Romance. Amazing characters, great settings, and exciting plots make my heart race! When I'm not crafting kinky tales in my rustic shack, I love to hit the gym, cuddle up with my cats, Mustache and Dojo, and cook deliciously large portions of yummy food!
Make me happy by chatting to me about coffee, cats, and Happy Ever Afters...
This is a Short MM MC Romance, and this is the first book in the Wolf Rider MC Daddies series. I found this book to be ok, but I wanted more of the MC stuff. I think it being so short took away for the story. I did enjoy getting to know the characters in this book, but I wish I got to know more of the MC characters. I received an ARC of this book. This review is my own honest opinion about the book like all my reviews are.
I received an Advanced Reader Copy and am voluntarily reviewing it. This is a quick second chance romance. New series alert. We are in Willow Creek. Dylan is back in town ready for his new career as a writer. He already has a small publishing deal. Now he just needs to actually write the book. Unfortunately, the words are not coming to him. He needs a muse. He sees his muse one day. Clay, his Daddy. Clay is heavily involved in the Wolf MC Riders. Clay got into trouble and went to jail for a few years. To prevent Dylan from waiting on him, he ghosted him. Dylan was crushed, but the attraction was undeniable even with the years apart. Clay needs to talk to Dylan, but talking is the last thing on their minds when they are alone. This book is short and to the point. A great series opener.
4.5 stars Seven years ago Dylan and Clay were in love, ready to spend their lives together. Then, in the blink of an eye, Clay was gone, in prison, and he ghosted Dylan. Heartbroken, eventually Dylan moved on, moved to the city to work at becoming a writer. Now he is back in town and he runs into Clay. All the feelings are still there, along with the anger and hurt. Clay is now the leader of the local motorcycle gang, the Wolf Riders MC, not always on the right side of the law. The pull to Dylan is strong but Clay knows it is better for him to stay away from Dylan — until he can’t. As they spend time together, the years fade away as the feelings increase, leading to a need for a serious talk. Will they end up together, or go their separate ways to protect Dylan again?
For some reason, I read this book really quickly, I got in and couldn’t stop until the end. It is a short book, but I felt a lot happened in the moment. I would have liked a bit more, what happened seven years ago, why ghost Dylan, what happens if Clay’s worries come true? Will the choices remain the same? What kind of Daddy is Clay? What was there was good, just wanted more.
Characters kept me engaged and I felt like I knew them, even with a shorter book. I know there were sexy times, but they wrapped seamlessly into the narrative and didn’t stand out the way they have done in other books from Zack. I am looking forward to Jace’s book, the next one in the series, and would recommend this one to any one of Zack’s fans, or as an introduction to his books.

'Seven years ago, when I was nineteen and he was twenty-one, we were everything. A whole year of stolen kisses behind the old mill, late-night rides on his bike with my arms wrapped tight around his waist, promises whispered under the stars while the crickets sang. Clay was my first love, the kind that burns so bright you think it’ll never go out. Until it did. Until he got hauled off in cuffs, and I was left with a broken heart and a town full of whispers.'
I loved this book. It was a fun, quick adventure. I loved both Dylan and Clay. The chemistry between them was thick even after not seeing each other for seven years.
'It’s Dylan. My Dylan. The boy who owned me, body and soul, seven years ago when I was twenty-one and reckless, and he was nineteen and fearless. We got each other in a way that’s so hard to find. Kisses under the stars, promises I meant to keep. He was the love of my life, the one good thing I had before it all went to-'
I was completely hooked and I loved their first... interaction at the diner. I was a little confused at first unless I somehow misread, but I understood that from Dylan's POV they had eye contact, the spell was broken, and Clay walked out with his coffee. But from Clay's POV, he went over, they had some words, a very sexy kiss, and the promise to talk another time. Either way, Clay's was better lol
A great start to a new series. Wish this was longer- I wanted more with these two. 5 stars.
This is the first book in the Wolf Rider MC Daddies series. I am not usually a big fan of second chance romance themed books but I really enjoyed this one! This is the story of Dylan and Clay. The two were together until Clay went off to prison. Thinking he was being noble, he cut Dylan out of his life completely. Dylan eventually moved on and found his career. But now Dylan is sick of the big city and has moved back home. He has received a publishing contract for his yet unwritten novel. But so far, the words haven't come. He needs a muse to spark his creative juices flowing. Clay is out of jail and in his motorcycle club. He has never forgotten Dylan. When the two meet, it is as if time stood still. They were both back to young 20 year olds and madly in love with each other. This is their story. The book is written well and easy to read. I liked watching the two of them find their footing with each other once again. The two of them had chemistry for days. I enjoyed this book.

Clay (Wolf Rider MC Daddies #1) by Zack Wish ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Clay kicks off the Wolf Rider MC Daddies series with grit, heat, and a hefty dose of second-chance intensity. It’s a raw, emotional ride into the heart of a forbidden love that never truly died.
Dylan left his fast-paced journalism career to find peace in Willow Creek, but his past crashes back into his life—riding a motorcycle and wearing a leather jacket. Clay, the older biker who once owned his heart (and body), is back. And he’s not just passing through—he’s here to reclaim what he lost.
Clay is possessive, loyal, and dangerous—an alpha MC Daddy who never stopped loving Dylan, even after years apart and time behind bars. Their reunion is explosive, stirring up old passion, deep scars, and undeniable chemistry. Dylan wants to resist, but Clay makes it clear: he’s not leaving without the man he’s always considered his.
As they reconnect, a risky heist with life-changing stakes forces them to confront what they truly want—and whether love can survive in a world built on violence and loyalty to the club.

It was fast phased but good read. I read it in one go. Dylan ja Clay have a past, a year that both felt was their happiest though unfortunately life happened and Clay went to prison and Dylan moved away to start his life in a new environment. Seven years pass and they meet again older and more experienced with life. Their first try hadn't ended due to the lack of feelings so it didn't take much for the flame to really get on. I felt like they showed how they had grown and how mixed feelings were handled: past hurt, past love and current care lust and love. If you like complicated men, mc and short cute romance books you should give this a go. There were couple things that I felt need to be fixed but they didn't bother so much that it would affect my rating of the book. Five stars, I could read this again.

This really would have benefited from some editing and review. In the first chapter, Clay leaves after seeing Dylan and Chris. Then, in the second chapter which is the same scene but from Clay's perspective, Chris leaves and Clay sits down and they kiss. The "Wolves" chant was cringey for grown ass men. Some general grammar errors like "to" instead of "too". Clay is also called "Reece" in chapter 5 which is where I stopped reading. I did like the general writing style, although I felt like this was a heavy issue to deal with in 84 pages and it felt really rushed, I think it would have been better as a longer book with a bit more dancing around a "does he still like me after all this time" issue.
Dylan and Clay get a second chance at their relationship. This couple meets each other again after seven years of forced separation. It shows how Dylan has grown in those years spent in the city and away from his small hometown. It also has a more hardened Clay after years in prison. Will the new Dylan be able to finish his novel, reconnect with a Daddy that cut off all communications seven years ago and retain his own sense of morality? Get this quick novella and find out how this DDlb move forward either together or separate.

This MC trope gives the reader more insight into the concerns and priorities of the gang leader, Clay. It humanized him and I could see what a difficult position he was in. Clay and Dylan were good together until he was sent to prison and terminated all contact. Meeting after 7 years was shocking for both. Dylan is a sweet, giving person who's trying to write a novel, but struggling. The exchanges between these two were natural and helped readers Bond with the characters. I was engaged from the beginning to the end due to the action, suspence, drama and romance woven into the plot.
I voluntarily reviewed a gift copy of this book. Happy Reading Y'all 📚
Dylan spent 4 years in the city as a reporter and never found a Daddy to suit him. He went home to write his first novel and is still lonely. Until Clay, his old flame that went to prison shows up. The one who cut him off and broke his heart. Clay is so hot he would melt your panties. Dylan has matured and had so much pain from losing him. All is forgiven as they explode together in this novella. This is one of Zack's better stories. I received a copy of this through BookSprout and this is my voluntary opinion.
Intensely good! Dylan, left the chaotic city for the quiet life to write. He is looking for a Daddy who thinks him more then eye candy. He is relatively, then Clay, his first love returns. Clay broke Dylan's heart, but when he returns, it starts healing. Hot and steamy! You can feel the passion, the want, the lust and the ownership. Then Clay takes a risk that could end it all. Great story, steamy flow. Well done! I received an ARC and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Short story. Serious editing needed. The first chapter is told from Dylan’s point of view, Clay comes into the diner they see each other and Clay leaves. The second chapter is a repeat of the first but Clay doesn’t leave, they make out. In a later chapter Clay becomes Reece. And if it’s been 7 years, Clay served 3 and he’s been out for 2… my math says 3+2=5 not 7. A lot of things are repeated, almost word for word, like when Dylan talks about his advance or the relationship 7yrs ago.
This is book one of the Wolf Riders Mc Daddies and this was a steamy Mc Daddy second chance read that has some twists and turns and lots of different emotions such as love, lust and craving. How do you deal with a love so fierce that you can't tame it. This Clay & Dylan's Story and Clay owned his boy Dylan since he was nineteen years old this is such a steamy read with a hot Alpha Daddy.
When Dylan an aspiring writer goes back home he doesn’t expect to run Into his ex love Clay at a diner of all places. I love books about daddy’s and their boys and this one doesn’t disappoint. I like how their two different personalities click together. The main characters and side characters are both interesting and I can’t wait for book 2
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. It is fast paced and draws you in. Dylan is back and runs into Clay again. It is their second chance but it may not be smooth sailing. I liked how both are willing to deal with anything to be together.
I received this book from Booksprout. It's an MM second chance Romance between the two main characters. I think the book was too short so it took away from the storyline. The characters were awesome and loved getting to know them. Again this is just my opinion.
This is book one in a new series called Wolf Rider MC Daddies and this is leader Clay’s story and how he gets a second chance with his first love Dylan, the story is short but good and I’m looking forward to reading Jace’s story next.
Clay and Dylan waste no time reuniting. The two are enthralled the moment their eyes meet. They have a complicated relationship but they manage to find their HEA!.

Dylan and Clay were boyfriends seven years ago but Clay went to prison and broke things off with Dylan. Dylan was so hurt he left town. Now he's back and runs into Clay. When Clay sees Dylan he knows he wants him back and will do anything to get him back. I really enjoyed this book.
Absolutely terrible. I only finished it out of stubbornness. If this had been a full-length book instead of a novella, I definitely wouldn’t have finished it.
