This is pure erotica, stripped down and unapologetic, meant to be read in one sitting with no emotional commitment. It’s the literary equivalent of a late-night bourbon: warm, bold, and gone before you realize it.
That said, if you’re looking for depth, connection, or something that’ll linger in your thoughts after the last page—this isn’t it. But if you’re in the mood for a quick, steamy escape with zero pretense? Steam gets the job done.
Not memorable, not moving—but exactly what I expected. No regrets.

I’m giving this 3 stars, though honestly it’s more of a 2.5 for me. I went in fully aware it was going to be 95% smut and 5% plot, so I wasn’t expecting some deep literary masterpiece — but even with those expectations, it still lacked substance.
The writing felt clunky, the dialogue rarely sounded natural, and a lot of the interactions just didn’t flow or make sense. It dives straight into the filth from page one, sentence one, which normally wouldn’t bother me because I can absolutely enjoy a no-plot smut read when it’s done well. But this just… wasn’t.
For a 112-page novella, the fact that it took me all day to finish says a lot. I kept putting it down because I genuinely had no desire to keep reading.

For what this book is, it’s good—but go in knowing exactly what you’re getting. If you don’t like heavy spice, this is definitely not for you. It’s about 95% spice and maybe 5% plot. That said, I did enjoy the fire-and-ice dynamic and how the characters are willing to do exactly what’s asked of them. Sometimes you just need an unapologetically steamy read, and this one delivered exactly that.

This was one of the best novellas I’ve read thus far. The scenes were so spicy and the MMF storyline was to die for! 100% smut and I ATE this up 🤩😼 Be prepared for dom control between the characters and a wild ride!
