The Self-Coaching Loop: How to Become the Insight-Driven Entrepreneur Your Business Needs

Rate this book
Most entrepreneurs don’t fail. They lose momentum.
It happens when they override their emotional signal system. Advice only works after alignment — not before.

You’re not a beginner. You’ve built a business. You’ve had success. Team. Clients. Results.
But lately, something feels off. You keep refining, optimizing, pushing through — but it’s flat.
Hard work without progress. Activity without direction.
There’s no big crisis, but no fire either. No drama, but no clarity.
And in between meetings, you hear that quiet

“Is this really what I envisioned?”

It’s not your mindset.
It’s not your strategy.
You’re solving the right problem — from the wrong angle.

Every day, you make decisions. But when those decisions don’t match how you naturally think, feel, and act — you lose energy. You lose flow. You lose you.
Not because you have imposter syndrome.
But because you rely on willpower instead of alignment.

The Self-Coaching Loop™ introduces a simple, powerful philosophy — based on timeless start with talents (not weaknesses), work from the inside out, and treat intuitive signals as real data. Grounded in CliftonStrengths, Intentional Change Theory, Neurobiology, and 15 years of Reindert Westrik’s coaching experience, it shows you how to make smart, emotionally intelligent decisions — even under pressure — by unlocking the insight you already have.

To bring this philosophy into daily practice, the book introduces the Insight Activation Model: a practical 5-step operating system you can apply every day to move from insight to aligned action — fast.

Inside, you’ll discover how Identify the real issue — not just the symptomsClarify what you actually want (not what others expect)Stop the loop that keeps you from taking the action you already know is rightUse your strengths to make confident, aligned decisionsBuild a business that reflects who you are — and keeps you energized
Whether you’re navigating a plateau or preparing for your next big move, The Self-Coaching Loop™ provides the philosophy to realign — and the Insight Activation Model gives you the daily operating system to restore momentum, emotionally and strategically.

This isn’t mindset work. It’s decision work.

And it’s time to become the insight-driven entrepreneur your business needs.

I’ve never read a book that translates theory into practice so concretely.

For me, it was the missing link.

Instead of offering more advice, it helped me tune into my own inner voice — and align it with the choices I make in the moment. That shift was powerful.

What stood out most is that this approach is actually trainable. It’s not abstract or vague — it’s something you can apply immediately in everyday life. It gave me a sense of stability and direction, and it’s strengthened my confidence in my own intuition — something that had slowly faded into the background under all the external opinions and advice.

This book brought it back. And it works.

Inspiring Framework and Motivation

Well done, my friend! The framework stood out, bringing to mind David Allen’s GTD approach with the Natural Planning model for projects, but with an inspiring focus on emotion and motivation. By the end, I felt the book truly over delivers.
