A must-read if your ERP still isn’t delivering

This book helped me understand why so many supply chain initiatives stall—even with good software.

David Carroll’s framework focuses on leadership, user adoption, and clean data instead of chasing new tools. It’s short, clear, and based on real experience.

If you’re in operations, IT, or change management and feel like you’re constantly putting out fires, this will hit home.

Highly recommend if your ERP investment still isn’t paying off.
