I don’t fight with fists. I fight with leverage. But she’s the one thing I can’t control.
I’m the Ironborn’s Vice President. A survivor of the camps. A monster with a mind made for war. I protect my brothers with law, strategy, and silence.
Then Sheriff Nova Reyes shows up—sharp-eyed, relentless, and too damn fearless for her own good. She’s hunting corruption. I’m keeping club secrets.
We were never supposed to collide. But now our worlds are tangled, and the only way to save what matters most might be to destroy everything else.
She sees what no one else does— Not just the monster I became… But the man I might still be.
TORGASH is a gritty, high-heat orc MC romance featuring a brilliant but broken VP, a relentless sheriff with a badge and a secret, enemies-to-lovers intensity, emotional warfare, and a scarred love that refuses to surrender.
USA Today Bestselling author Reagan Phillips writes insta-love, obsessive alphas, curvy heroines, and happily-ever-afters that hit hard and fast. He’s the orc built for war. She’s the sheriff chasing justice. Neither of them expected the fight would be for each other.
Ash (H) doesn’t need anyone. As an orc and VP of the Ironborn MC, he’s spent years controlling his world through silence, structure, and force. But when Nova (h) shows up as the new sheriff of Shadow Ridge, digging into a town built on lies, Ash starts to lose control of everything except his need to protect her.
Nova is relentless, principled, and done trusting anyone. Ash is dangerous, unreadable, and always watching. What begins as friction turns into something hotter, deeper, and harder to define. Their connection isn’t safe. It’s messy, charged, and alive with every secret they haven’t told each other yet.
As Nova’s investigation closes in on the man who destroyed her family, Ash moves from quiet support to full protection. But power in Shadow Ridge doesn’t go quietly, and when Nova faces an impossible choice, the fallout hits them both. Trust breaks. Lines are crossed. Neither of them walks away clean.
What follows is a reckoning. Ash gives up control to save what matters. Nova learns that justice sometimes comes at a cost. Together, they fight for a future that demands everything they’ve been too afraid to ask for. Not perfect. Not easy. But real.
Steamy, orc-human, enemies to lovers, grumpy sunshine, MC romance, exploring love after loss, justice, revenge, chosen family, sacrifice, trust, power, corruption, and healing through connection. It's about what happens when two people shaped by pain try to build something that lasts.
From the very first page, I was taken on a wild ride filled with romance and adventure. The characters feel so real, especially the charming lead who swept me off my feet. Phillips does an amazing job at building their chemistry, and I found myself rooting for their love story to flourish. Seriously, if you're a fan of steamy moments and sweet connections, this book has it all!
What I loved most about "Torgash" is how Phillips created this captivating world that feels both familiar and magical. The blend of fantasy elements with relatable themes of love and friendship made me stay up way too late just to see how everything turned out. I couldn't put it down! It was easy to lose myself in the rich descriptions and intriguing plot twists. Plus, the dialogue was super fun and kept me giggling throughout the whole story. It's truly a delightful escape!
In addition to the sizzling romance, I appreciated how the book touched on important topics like trust and finding oneself. Watching the characters grow and face their challenges made the journey even more meaningful. Reagan Phillips nailed it with "Torgash," and I would recommend it to anyone who loves stories that warm the heart while keeping you on the edge of your seat. Honestly, I can't wait to see what she writes next!

Torgash(ASH) has been such a consistently developed character since his introduction in Vargan's book. Seeing him in action here and fleshing him out more of his personality (who he is and why) as well as his developing relationship with Nova was really well done. I love how well the internal narrative and external dialogue are able to both carry the story.
Nova, what can I say except that I love her. One thing about me, I'm adding a star to my review/rating if the FMC is a bad bitch. I like them a little dangerous, a lot head strong, and even more "how hard can it be, boys do it" . Literally, anything you can do, Nova can do it better; and it goes without saying, we love a King how loves his woman confident, competent, and independent. They are such a great match, it was a really enjoyable read.

This was an interesting power struggle between the two main characters. She's a sheriff and he's the VP of an MC - both controlling, stubborn, and sure they are right.
I've spent enough decades watching crime shows that I don't have much patience for cop stories any more but this book is part of the series so I had to read it. I'm not sure about some of the plot points and reasons why the characters make the choices they do, but I enjoyed the people and the town.
I also like how the position the Orcs are in in our society allows the author to deal with racism issues,
"What I am, what we are, isn't measured by how closely we resemble our oppressors.”
This is such a great point and illustrates well how complicated oppression is.
I like that she becomes a PI but I'm not sure I believe he would align himself with the system that so mistreated him and his people growing up.
First it was Vargan, then there was Crow (Brotan), and now we have Ash (Torgash). Author Reagan Phillips has proved, once again, she is a talented wordsmith.
While Nova isn’t a very warm FMC, often coming across as somewhat cool. Given her backstory, her aloofness is understandable, and it aligns well with Torgash’s stoicism. Lots of storyline here. Good stuff.

Torgash is the third book in the Ironborn MC series. This series just keep getting better with each book so you know this one is fantastic. The story is about Nova Reyes and Torgash. She is the new local Sheriff of Shadow Ridge and is hunting for the truth in a town built on secrets and lies. He is the VP of the club who knows how to keep things running and everyone in line. He survived things no one should and it made him who he is now, raw, powerful, strategic and ready for war. They were never supposed to cross paths but once they do things will never be the same, either for them or for those around them. This book is intense, gripping and passionate, with a story that has family, revenge, justice, love, loss, secrets, power and a lot more all swirled into a perfect blend of action, romance and love.
This was another exciting and engaging addition to the series and I loved seeing Ash and Nova sort out how to move forward together. These two really go toe to toe with each other and I enjoyed the banter and battle of wills they had. Of course, working together gets them so much more than working alone...like staying alive ;P Nova really was a tough gal and Ash was a warrior, through and through. Together, they were awesome and I love that they were able to work through everything to get that fab and steamy HEA. With elements of revenge, respect, justice and hot romance, it was a page turner for me :D
loved it !! love this series !! love Ash and maybe Nova... this is their heart breaking love story... a fast paced action packed drama... the villainy is far deeper than anyone ever thought... Roger Cavello, a true villain... and the new sheriff... Nova Reyes, an eight year officer from Atlanta, sent to clean up the mess but, has revenge in her heart... why is she really here ? and Ash, why does he really care ? this town has taken two years of his life... invested the club's resources and money... but, then, he sees her... they end up working together ... and more... so good !!!.

After the last story the town of Shadow Ridge, they are in need of a new sheriff. They get one in the form of one Nova Reyes. Ash/Torgash is instantly drawn to her. They both have their own opinions on how to address the issues in the town, it becomes a battle until chemistry wins.
While it is a standalone for the couple, I recommend reading the series in order as there is an overarching story. Each Orc finding his woman, looking forward to the next in the series.

Ash has had it hard in life, always hyper vigilant, always steps ahead. A man who knows who he is and what he is. I absolutely love this series! Torgash is a wonderfully written story with amazing characters and a great plot that follows the others in the series perfectly. Grab this book and the rest of the series, an enjoyable spicy read.

Book 3 of Ironborn MC story for Torgash AKA Ash and Nova. That was down right hilarious and worth the day of laziness to enjoy a human go toe to toe with an Orc and find love, respect, justice, and peace together.

This is another fast paced and addictive read in the "Ironborn MC" series.. It is an exciting read about Ash and Torgash, the Sheriff and MCs VP. This is the third story in the paranormal series with monsters, passion and action. This such a good story. I really like how it develops as well as the the action, angst, passion and so much more. This is proving to be a good MC series.
Nova came to and corruption at shadow ridge, but when her path crosses with VP Ash, it changes everything but will her need for revenge cost them both? Well written engaging steamy human/orc desires action and more!

The main characters of this story are both tough and damaged in their own ways and I liked their growth throughout the story. The twist near the end hit me in the feels and the epilogue was a nice ending.
