Review for complete series

This short series tells the charming tale of the gentleman Leon, who appears classy and collected, but who really just rebuilt his life alongside his cat, Jack, in the wake of a divorce.

Leon being a divorced middle-aged man and a father makes for a more unique main character. His whole classy demeanour is also something that came about as a bit of a self-discovery, but his personality is still somewhat scatterbrained and fully tuned in to his cat, Jack. The story alternates the narration between Leon and Jack; they often see things differently, and it's fun to see both sides of the story.

It's very much just a slice-of-life story that tells both sweet and funny tales, with a few more serious outliers. The art is cute, and I enjoyed all the little wallpaper-like chapter dividers with Jack on them. That's really almost all there is to say about this work. It's a great addition to any cat book collection.
