Lust, Annotated: A Record of What the Body Remembers

Rate this book
In a city that worships pleasure and punishes pretense, Dorothy is unraveling.

What begins with whispered questions in candlelit restaurants evolves into something far more intoxicating—a journey of desire, surrender, and transformation. Guided by Mordecai, her elusive mentor and ardent protector, and shadowed by the enigmatic scholar Maclou, Dorothy steps into the velvet underworld of Paris where bodies speak truths words can’t contain.

From opulent salons to moonlit clearings, she is watched, adored, consumed—and reborn.

But as lines blur between subject and seductress, experiment and obsession, Dorothy must face what it means to be truly seen. Lust, Annotated is not just an erotic story—it’s a meditation on the hunger for freedom, the power of being witnessed, and the perilous beauty of owning one's deepest urges.

Poetic, provocative, and piercingly intimate, this seventh volume of The Velvet Chronicles dares to explore where pleasure and vulnerability meet.

For fans of Anaïs Nin, Marguerite Duras, and lovers of literary erotica with emotional depth.

Almost as a play and is basically a tale of foreplay with sexual awakenings. A buy of spicy but not raunchy.
