I can't muster up much enthusiasm for this book. It wasn't bad but I didn't take much away from it. I found it to be a bit disorganized and did not delve very deeply into its ideas. I would have preferred the author to pick fewer steps and flesh them out a bit more. Some more examples of how these steps play out in the lives of real people would be nice. The author seems to talk about his own experiences quite a bit, which although valid do not necessarily provide a wide range of connections for his readers. There are certainly some worthwhile pieces of the book and it is a fast read, so don't let that stop you from picking it up!
