Last book of the year!!! Food of course! The general nutritional explanations on how the GI works, at the beginning of the book, are very simple and clear.... it almost sounds too easy, I know it's not...
The recipes are ok, some are interesting but for being a book on GI recipes I think there's way too much white flour and way too much butter as well. Still, it has some good suggestions if a few things are changed in the recipes.
