Rate this book
Confessions of Nairobi Book Two is a sequel to the first book in the series Confessions of Nairobi Women.

It is a collection of a dozen true stories told to Joan Thatiah in 2022 and 2023 by women living in Nairobi. The stories are as diverse as the women in them. They are thought-provoking, raw and candid. They may be hard to read but every story is worth telling.

A book that captures your attention from the dedication and I couldn't put it down. Every story is deep, beautiful, heartbreaking and thought provoking. I can't express how much I felt, but these stories were so heartbreaking I was almost crying

I love the authors writing style and I'm definitely reading all her books, book 1 was good but this was sooo good.

The stories explore different topics from marriage, mental health, drug abuse, tradition, loss, domestic violence, childhood trauma, sexual assault etc. It shows different perspective to life, I get to see life in someone else's lense and have compassion for everyone going through different pain in life.

I'm recommending this to all my friends.
