I honestly went into this book expecting scandalous, jaw-dropping confessions—like the kind that make you pause and say “wait, what?!” But that’s not quite what I got.
Instead, Confessions of Nairobi Women offers a raw, honest glimpse into the lives of Kenyan women from all walks of life. These are real stories not fiction and that alone gives them weight.
It’s more like sitting with a friend over chai, and she suddenly opens up about something she’s never told anyone else. You might not always relate, but you’ll feel something.
If you're looking for drama-packed fiction, this may not hit that mark. But if you're open to real voices and true stories, this book will definitely leave an impression
