Meditation is a very ancient practice as well as recently very popular over the world. The world is running at very fast speed and this fast life brings new problems with it. Meditation is a well used mechanisms for solving these issues and keeping mental health. In this book Sara explain meditation in very layman's language and share strategies to form meditation habit in a very short piece. Nice and short read.
An introduction to the very basics of meditation, simply explained in 6 chapters. This book might be a good start for everyone looking for reasons to begin meditating and for understanding the meditation activity.
Very basic and not too engaging. Short and sweet even though it took me a long time to finish just because it didn’t really engage me. But the tips are good and helpful
In this short book, Sara gets quickly and clearly to the answers of all of a beginner's questions about meditation. She then points you in the right direction for how to grow your practice. A great and useful read.
I have been meditating for 1.5 months daily now. The information is useful but perhaps still a bit vague. On the other hand it's also your own journey and part of the meditation process is about finding out which works, so this is definitely a good starter.
Short, to the point, easy read and realistic. I especially liked how all kinds of prayer were rightly included as meditation. Not one of those my–way–is–the–only–right–way books.
