Slater never fails to give us the emotion packed, hot, cozy, angsty reads. I loved Emilio he was an amazing character. Liam and Akira were so great to each other and truly perfect for Emilio. Mpreg is very new to me so I didn't know what to expect but this story was nothing short of incredible.

Okay first of all I wish we got more of the pregnancy in the book but man the way she wrote it was really good. Loved Emilio him being so stubborn but pliant for his alphas (Liam & Akira). Felt that Emilio had to go through a lot with his brother but I’m glad he got his HEA with his alphas.

I do enjoy a strong, feisty, independent omega, and Emilio is definitely that. I love how tough he is and his determined perseverance to stay in charge, despite the doubt that surrounds him. His stubborn nature reminds me of myself so I couldn’t help relating to him and I really respected his character.
While Emilio tries to fight it, I do think he needed those two alphas to come in and shake things up a bit. I so enjoyed watching his barriers come down, when he begins to stop fighting his feelings and accepts that they are there for good.
Okay, so I know he’s a drug dealer and an enforcer, yada yada, but I could totally eat Liam up – he’s so gorgeous! Patient and willing to do anything for the man he loves, he gives his ‘Mili’ the space he needs, respects his decisions and doesn’t pressure him into a relationship, even though he so desperately wants more. I so rated his immediate reaction to just be there for Emilio when he finds out the omega’s secret. I felt as though I could melt into a pile of mush in front of him pretty much any time he opens his mouth to say something.
Akiro isn’t just Liam’s brother; he’s his twin brother and that makes the pair even hotter. I so appreciated their differences in personality though; Akira being the jealous, possessive alpha at first, as he sees Liam and Emilio’s prior connection. They are both super respectful of Emilio even when he’s in heat and essentially at their mercy. And despite being drug dealers, they still have important morals and are strict in enforcing these rules with their employees. I will admit that this made me like them even more.
Even though this novella has a fast pace and these relationship evolve quickly, the intensity suits the story and suits their characters, plus Emilio did know these alphas beforehand. The story is about how things come together and seeing the omega learn to trust these men. And I, for one, have a real soft spot for their little family.

Thank you for allowing me to ARC read this! I throughly enjoyed this, I haven’t read a lot of MM Omegaverse and it’s a good world. I absolutely love Emilio and his men. They’re all HOTT!

I love a powerful omega, and I loved Emilio even more!
This book is a great mix of suspense, powerful (and yummy) characters, action, romance and spice.
Emilio is adorable and his men are irresistible. They are all well-written and easy to fall in love with, meanwhile it is very easy to hate the bad guys.
The story is sound, but predictable, it delivers exactly what you expect from it.

Loved!!
I absolutely love N slaters books and can never get enough of them. This one was so good and full of so much emotion I could not put it down!
I really enjoyed getting to know the characters. Each is unique in their own way and have struggles they are working through. But I love how well their relationship fits together.
Overall, I really enjoyed this book and recommend if you like omegaverse! It was a good one.

I loved the darkish aspect of this book. It was still a really sweet romance even with drugging, murder, violence and family conflict. I dont think I have instantly hated a character as much as I did, Zaden. I loved these alphas and our badass omega. I hope we get to see more from the omegas in the chat!

Dark romance omegaverse is already a rare treat, but make it MMM, throw in twin alpha brothers, a fiercely independent omega nightclub owner, and actual mpreg on the page?
I’ve ascended. I’m gone. Heaven.

This story was everything I love about the Omegaverse and more. It delivered emotional growth, tension, heat, and a plot that had me fully locked in. I devoured this book in one sitting because I simply could not put it down.
I was rooting for Emilio, Akira, and Liam from the very beginning. Their personalities, their struggles, and the way they slowly came together made the journey so addictive. The author did an incredible job giving each character depth and letting us experience their growth individually and as a unit. Watching them navigate their circumstances, overcome obstacles, and build something real was so satisfying.
This book had the perfect mix of emotion, suspense, spice, and heart. It absolutely met my expectations,and then some. I can’t wait to read more from the amazing N. Slater!

Then his Alpha brother, Zaden, starts sabotaging things to try to discredit Emilio as the owner because he's a pregnant Omega that can't control himself or the club he owns.
In comes the twins Liam and Akira Stark. From fuck buddy to tentative partner to help get the board of investors off his back, Emilio agrees for Liam and Akira to help but still doesn't trust them.
The mystery and mistrust was pretty angtsy but we can see that Liam and Akira are the good Alphas that just want to protect Emilio and doesn't want anything from him.
The conflict takes up most of the book but we still have high heat smutty yummy group 3some scenes 🥵🥵🥵 Liam is sweet and Akira is more straight forward, and both equally delicious.
Even up until the very end 99%, they still want to prove they don't want anything from Emilio. They're so sweet and perfect for Emilio. I wished the epilogue was further in the future with a second baby or when we see the baby a little older.

I dont think that they need to be read in order. As the side story does not affect the overall story.
Emilio is a strong omega who strives to do things alone as he doesn't want to be over ruled by alphas. But he comes across a situation where he needs an alphas help.
This is medium burn but its a shorted story so this does not feel too taking to read. The spice is good with mm and mmm.
I will happily read the next one.

March 25, 2026It was going well. Yes, I was getting frustrated with Emilio‘s determination to push away Akira and Liam even though he obviously had feelings for them, but I was at 65% and looking forward to reaching the MMM HEA.
Then I got to 72%.
Emilio was justifiably upset over the way the board dismissed him at the meeting, and Akira and Liam‘s response was amusement and “oh poor little Omega”, you just need some Alpha c*ck to feel better. And Emilio let it happen. WTF! 😡

Yoooo that was cute as hell - can I say drug dealers are cute?! Well, these ones were. Man, I loved Emilio as a character and hearing about his fashion choices 😍 Akira and Liam were the perfect counterparts to each other and although I usually feel really weird about twins/brothers sharing this was handled nicely (and hot as fuck) 💎 🌺

I was particularly invested in the dynamic with the twin alphas, Liam and Akira. Liam's clear, caring affection for Emilio and his willingness to step up was a highlight, and the introduction of Akira's possessiveness added an intriguing layer.

I was STRESSED reading this book! Emilio was stressing me out. Zaden was stressing me out. The club was stressing me out. The police were stressing me out. Basically everyone and everything besides Otto and the Stark Alphas had me tense!
But dang if I didn’t enjoy every single second of this book! I’ve been on an N. Slater binge lately, and 10/10 definitely recommend you doing the same

I wasn't expecting all of this to happened. I mean, I entered to the book knowing what's going on, but the dynamic really surprised me. Emilio was incredibly perfect. All strong, but scared; beautiful and brave, he knows what he wants and he got them. The Starks twins are the standard, period.

Unexpected Love

Another excellent book by N. Slater. I love the dynamic between the omega and alphas :) Well written, and page turner. 10/10 would recommend this MMM story :) I personally did not find this story dark, even though it is labeled such, that said it was still a thoroughly enjoyable read.

This whole book had me pissed off because they treated my man like some 1950’s house wife and acted like he was incapable of doing the job he had been doing for years before they all of a sudden got butt hurt because he was pregnant 🙄
