1. Forget who you are and choose one woman: Red or Winnie or Jasmine. 2. Be that woman. 3. Feel what she would feel as she picks up Jasmine's book. 4. Open Jasmine's book. 5. Read Jasmine's version of events. 6. Decide your next plan of action.
Dear Regular People (I hope you don't take offense that),
This is NOT a love story. This is NOT a whirlwind ride. This is a short story of how I, Jasmine Harlow, found life ... and love.
OMG! Shannon Dianne has done it again! The characters she has created are beautifully flawed. Happily and tragically their lives are entwined in a beautiful chaos. At the epicenter of this tale is Jasmine and Marlon. How Shannon weaves her tale, one thinks they may know where it is heading, only to be thrown a curve ball. Leaving the reader to question: Can you really be in love with two people at the same time? Shannon Dianne continues the journey of these characters we love to hate and hate to love, feeling oddly close to life's real emotions. Bravo! I look forward to the next installment.
When I started this series it took me a while to warm up to Red. By the end of book 2 I loved her. Then my dislike turned towards Jasmine. Who am I kidding I've never liked her. Something about her just rubs me the wrong way. By the end of this book I disliked her even more. I wished I could have smacked her for her naïveté of life then again a lot of people live that way thinking the grass is greener on the other side when it actually isn't. Malcolm was right she needed to take off the rose colored glasses. However I was surprised by Jacob. Just when I thought I had him figured out another side was revealed. Honestly the person I felt the most for was Winnie for being in love with Jacob and he's in love with Jasmine. Although as much crap Jasmine spewed towards Winnie and Red somehow she found it convenient to excuse her behavior when it came down to her finally admitting that she was still in love with Jacob. That's just how the story goes. This is what I love about this series it's based upon real people not some ridiculous fantasy about a poor young girl finally in love with some power hungry recluse billionaire. Can't wait for the next installment.

This book is amazing!! Shannon I can't wait for this war. I'm extremely upset that Jasmine and Jacob kept up their interlude. I can't wait for Got - damn to give the J's a taste of there own medicine. In hopes of not giving to much away I will say if you loved the drama and suspense in this is not over and over you'll love this book too. But keep in mind this is not a romance or a continuation of Red and Macolm. This is Jacob being Jacob, Macolm doing what he does best and everyone else revolving around the storm but not trying to get pulled in my someone else's bullshit. Have fun cause this is Forever.
I expected nothing less from Mrs. Dianne, I am hooked on this series. Jasmine; really...really! Red is plotting revenge, Marlon and his crew about to mix it up; D. West! (I want to climb into this book). People read the book, I am impatiently awaiting the next book:)
I absolutely love this author! Where has she gone. Even though This book was very bitter compared to the previous books it was still fantastic. What makes these books so good is they’re about real people, real feelings and real relationship. No fantasy billionaires. Jasmine was likeable in the first book and not so much in the second book.she didn’t accept red and Malcolm’s relationship and it seems because she was jealous that Red got a Blair and she didn’t. However the bitterness I felt initially came from Jacob marrying Winnie whilst he was seeing jasmine and claiming to love her but she wasn’t good enough to be his wife. He says it’s cause she was too good for him and I’m sure women all over the world have heard that but it boils down to the same thing. He don’t want yo ass. I liked Winnie in the other books but again my dislike for her started because she was the other woman. The one he chose. The one he thought was better than jasmine. Which is ironic because I didn’t feel this bitterness when reading Red and Malcolm’s story. Malcolm and Red had loved each other but neither chose someone else instead. What was interesting is how Malcolm kept telling jasmine to take off the rose coloured glasses and stop romanticising life and look at reality. How many of us think life would be better if this … or that persons so lucky because of that, I wish I had that and when we get it it’s not the same or doesn’t bring the pleasure we thought it would. I wanted them to stop playing the politico games and get together and be happy. Yes they love their spouses but can you really love two people equally?

This has been an emotional rollercoaster and I can't stop reading! This story falls back on Jasmine's and Jacob's love story though tragic it is. These two were loves throughout high school, college and even while Jacob was in law school. So many twists and turns and up and downs and moments when I applauded Jasmine and her quiet strength and resolve and other times when I thought she was selfish and couldn't see beyond what she wanted to see. Malcolm and Red were in a good place and Malcolm was the fixer of things again. It was hard to read their story but it was worth it.
Maaaaane these people get crazier in every book. Why are they all sharing husbands and wives? When is someone about to get murdered for all the bull that's being pulled? I'll take the money and you can keep the problems. Jasmine has lost her mind. Get over the puppy love you a grown ass woman! Yeah Jacob is cool but he is using Jasmine as a trick on the side and she allows it. No self respect.
I loved this book even though I hated everything the Js (Jasmine and Jacob) were doing and stood for. They deserve a little of the turn around is fair play. I thought Jacob learned his lesson in Over. NOT!
All Jasmine does is complain about her life instead of living it and try to make it how she wants it to be. She's taking the blame game to another level. I really wanted to slap her throughtout the entire book. I still want to.
Jacob needs to catch a clue quick. Winnie deserves much better. If he was so much in love with Jasmine he shouldn't have married Winnie regardless of their standings in their own circles. Isn't that at the heart of loving someone, you are willing to risk it all. You don't wait, marry other people, have kids and then decide to throw them all away for what?
In the words of President Rossi - the Js are just SILLY! I am rooting for GD (Got-Damn Winnie and Drake) to serve up some justice. Can't wait to see what the "rewards" the Js reap from their actions.
Really really loved this book!! Not wanting to give too much away, the book deals with the fall out from the payback exacted on Jasmine for being so uppity in Over (This. Is. Not. Over 2). Although this is strictly Jasmines "version of events," you get to see a lot of Malcolm doing what he does best which makes you love him and his broad shoulders even more!
I'm definitely looking forward to the next instalment as the payback instigated by Winnie and Red has started a whole heap of drama for the Boston collective that makes me want to place a bet on who's going to come out on top as it's about to get seriously messy!!!!
Once again I was able to get lost in the lives of "The Crew." Jasmine is definitely a different individual but it's nice to see her side of things. Plus I got plenty o' Malcolm. Lol. I can't wait to see how this story evolves. It definitely held my attention. Shannon once again you told their story beautifully.
So, Malcolm Blair is the Olivia Pope of Boston Massachusetts. He took on the job of "fixing" Jasmine's issue with her nude photo (sans Jacob). Meanwhile Marlon asks Jasmine to leave their home and Jasmine, retrospecting on her life, has to figure out whether or not she wants Marlon or Jacob.
I really loved the first two books in this series and the characters but I had a really hard time following the way this book was written. I think the story was really there so I hate to give it only 2 stars. But for me, it kept jumping around characters and then past and present and it was too difficult.
The ending of this book must mean there's definitely another one to follow. I loved this one along with the other 2. I m a little "rad"myself so I was hoping Jazz could have both men. Men do it all the time. All I can say is hurry withe the next installment
