I was given an ARC of this book and I enjoyed it. There was plenty of action in the fight between good and evil.
The story is from multiple points of view but my favourite was Gwendolyn because of her affinity with the earth and determination not to give in.
From each point of view there was a great sense of place. I enjoyed the magical elements and the depth of thoughts and feelings.
Well-written and engaging.

This fantastic continuation of a brilliant series is packed with action, magic ,and mayhem. It’s a truly enjoyable read.
