I really don't know how to explain my reasoning

for three stars, so I will maybe try to justify.

when I really just strongly dislike or hate a book I end up skimming, and really makes me mad. then there are those books that you hate, but it did the job of holding your eyes to EVERY page, and those books deserve those three stars. I hope this makes some kind off sense to anyone reading this review.

characters.....cam and cara......sorry, both suck, shallow, weak. just. nothing. good. and that makes me so sad because I like to at least like one character. sad thing is the secondary characters.....the same.

why you ask I'm feeling like this. have you ever watched a wreck? you just cannot look away. you know there is going to be a mess on the road when it's all done. look up....see those two planes......yeah, there's your wreck. that is what this story is.....a plane freaking crash.

why you ask so feel this way. Every. Single. thought of piece of angst imaginable is in these pages, so let me tell you what's not. there's no kidnapping, rape, or murder. but still I read on and it got three stars. I watched those two airplanes crash like a new release movie, and I don't know why I didn't look away, look away......so it earned its three stars.

ok. I'm not getting into the story line or character development. I had to get sucked into reading this....so you have to as well. would recommend....no. Will I read the next one....no. after I have written this I'm going to bed, and in the morning I am going to be passed this read because I need to be. I have whiplash right now. there was so much catch and release in this book I needed a net to keep up.

read this review as well as the others and make your own decision because I can't guide everyone on this one. if you like ANGST for then entire book, then you angst junkies dive right in. if you don't like OTT drama please move along.

Do you like angst? Then boy do I have the book for you! Kari March brings angst to a whole new level in this installment of the Always Series. March weaves a gut wrenching story full of tears and miscommunications. This is the story of two damage individuals trying to come together against great odds. The stories sucks you in the first paragraph. Making you want to cry into your pillow for all that Cara has to endure. My heart broke as I read. I found it impossible to hold back the tears that threaten to fall. The story will break you and frustrate you all at the same time! It will evoke strong emotions within you. You will contemplate throwing your kindle, you will want to strangle a certain female character. However when the story reaches completion you will let out a sigh of relief and be happy you took the journey March laid out for you! I can’t wait to see what character is next! Bring it Kari March….. I have my box of tissues ready!

OMG I cried so hard over Cam and Cara's story. Everything seemed to try to keep these two apart. Cara had suffered so much rejection from the men in her life starting with her father who left her mother and her when she was 8. Then her high school sweetheart who left her when she needed him the most when she was young and pregnant. Then to lose her baby because of the accident she was in when due to her ex's new girlfriend bullying. Tragedy just devastated her. She tried to stay away from falling for anyone. Then she met Cam at her stepfathers bar that she managed. She tried hard not to fall for Cam. Mostly due to Cam wanting a no strings relationship. He usually used woman and left them. Plus he was not over his first love Amber. Amber is a vindictive Bitch. I hated her thru this story. But Cam and Cara can't stop the feelings that are taking them over till Amber shows up and tears them apart. Cara knows in her heart that Cam is not over Amber and decideds to break it off with Cam! Tearing her heart in two. Then Amber confronts Cara at a party digging up all her hurtful past! Cam does not stop it and Cara doesn't understand how he could have told Amber about her past. Cara tries to move on from Cam with Nolan a long time friend. But she will never love him like she loves Cam. So she ends it. Then Cam comes back to her till he finds out Amber is pregnant with his child. He selfishly asks Cara for one last night before they have to say good-bye for good. Cara knows this will break her heart more but she agrees. Then he leaves to start a life with Amber. Then Amber loses the baby 6 months later and she is glad. She never wanted to have this baby she confesses to Cam she was just using him to break up him and Cara. He leave and heads to Cara's to tell her it is over and about the lose of his son. They make love and Cara has a dream of where she remembers Amber from. After the accident she heard her mother arguing with her father and this girl at the foot of her hospital bed. Amber! They go to the hospital to comfront Amber she admits she's Cara's half sister. Cam and Cara leave the hospital and run into Kara's biological dad and Cara tells him she has a new dad her stepfather. Cam proposes 5 months later and Cara tells him she is pregnant! They get their Happily Ever After two kids later and twins on the way! Beautifully written story. I was weeping so hard at time I waited for my Nook to stop working! Can't wait for your next book Kari March! Hot Damn a must read!

I was thrilled to find out we would be getting Cam and Cara's book. There was some drama with them in Promise Me Always so I wanted to get the down low on that ASAP !!

This is a standalone , both stories run around the same time frames but it was nice to read them in order and know everyone and be able to have a faster connection. I think the common theme in these books would have to be fear and insecurities. This book is full of angst and dumb decisions LOL. If you do not like constant drama than this is not for you. I love and hate that every time you think there is a break something else goes wrong. Makes me crazy and also prevents me from putting the book down because I just have to get to the next problem or the next minute of peace !!

Cara has been left by every man in her life since her dad walked away when she was young. Thankfully her mom remarried and she had a wonderful step dad to be there for her. Regardless she was never lucky in love and after her high school relationship fell apart and she lost a piece of herself she became Cara who never gets involved or cares about anyone. That is until she locks eyes with Cam at work one night. If you feel that strongly about someone from just one look it has to be worth it to try right ?? Can Cara let go of her fear and let Cam in ??

Cam was left behind by his ex and he has never been the same. Not over her and always comparing everyone to Amber. He has meaningless sex to try and forget Amber and it may work at the time but it never lasts. He has worked his A$$ off to become a firefighter and he has made some friends he enjoys hanging out with. While he is out one night at the local bar he locks eyes with Cara and right away knows he cannot have just one night with her. What is it about her that is pulling him. Will he be able to forget Amber and finally move on , or will his past come back to ruin his happiness ??

Again there is a ton of heartache and craziness in this story. I wanted to smack their heads together many times. I was ripped to shreds at one point when it seemed there was no going back. It is a rollercoaster ride to hell and back for Cam and Cara. A hint of a possible twist but was long forgotten so that when that twist actually came out I was like OH DAMN I should have known !! Love the epilogue and cannot wait for more !!

Oh man, Kari you pulled at my heart strings. There was so many emotions flying outta me as I read Always Yours. From anger to love, sadness to crying, and wanting to hit someone to laughter.

Cam Greer, firefighter hotshot, who can't move on from his ex, Amber. This man irritated me like no other. Both him and Cara push people away for two different reasons, while I understand why they did it I still wanted to reach through my kindle and slap them silly, with my fists. Cara was a bartender who couldn't get over men always leaving her. However, meeting Cam at the bar she tends bar at she may realize he is the one man she doesn't want to leave her, ever.

 photo AY2.jpg

Oh there is a twist in here that literally made my jaw drop. I mean it makes sense now but reading the story before the reveal I definitely didn't see it coming.

I will always be a Blake Bentley girl (read about him in Promise Me Always) but Cam Greer definitely hits close to second to Blake. Those sex scenes though, wowza.

Kari, your writing never ceases to amaze me. You write so smoothly and it just flows together so perfectly, even alternating point of views. I can't wait to read more from you.

Cam and Cara are first introduced in Promise Me Always (Always #1) but you get to see their relationship evolve in Always Yours. It’s a relationship with a lot of up’s and down’s that really played with my emotions.

Cam is a sexy fireman who’s been hurt by a conniving woman from his past, and Cara is a bar owner who can be a little feisty at times but is caring with the people she loves.

Their romance was quite quick, but there were roadblocks that they couldn’t seem to surpass. I don’t want to say too much, but an ex does come back into the picture. Cara begins to question whether Cam is the right one for her. This issue from the past was preventing Cara and Cam from moving forward. I will admit there were times I hated Cam for some of the decisions he made. I wanted to smack some sense into him. The relationship they had was not where it should have been, so they had to fight to get there.

Even though this can definitely be read as a stand alone, I loved seeing the characters from book 1 again, especially Blake and Tess. They were both very supportive of Cam and Cara’s relationship.

Tess’s advice to Cara…

“Sometimes when you love someone you have to let them go. If they come back to you, they were always yours. And if they don’t, then they were never yours to begin with. You just have to believe that he will always come back.”

Even though I was developing hatred towards Cam, I liked the twist in the story, and he became relatable, in my eyes. I connected well with the characters and I loved the playlist. I’ll absolutely be watching out for Love Always ~ Matt & Lexi’s story!

4.5 Angsty stars!

Kari has done it again! What an amazing ride that was! From the little glimpses I got of Cara and Cam from Promise Me Always I knew this one would be full of angst! I just didn't realize she could pack a punch like she did!

And right out of the bat she made me want to cry with that prologue. Geez, that was heart breaking. Then to start chapter 1 and get hit with more heart-break! It seems that Cara and heart-break went hand in hand. So when she meets Cam, the sexy firefighter, she has to fight the attraction because she knows it will only end up in heart-break.

Cam is a character that has been dealt a shitty hand and refuses relationships because of what has happened to him. But he too feels that magnetic pull and can't seem to stay away from Cara. Just when these 2 seemed to be on the same path, something came out of the blue and knocked them both for a loop.

The writing was fantastic, the angst factor was off the charts, and Cam is one hot firefighter!! We get glimpses of Blake and Tessa from Promise Me Always and I loved getting a view from outside and seeing the full picture. Grab this one up, Babes, it's a good one!

Liked the start of this story and the instant attraction the characters had. But after awhile got over that Both their emotions were all over the place. At times it was painful to read because they both kept letting the past effect their relationship. Towards the end things got a bit different for me. I wasn't enjoying the story. Too much shit went on and I thought both characters were idiots. Some things weren't explained properly (I don't want to spoil anything) but once something was out of the picture, it was jump back in head first. No questions asked and no explanations. Felt a bit rushed and overall didn't enjoy as much as the first.

I feel drained after reading this book. Half of me is glad I've finished it as I don't think my heart could have taken much more. The other half wishes I could swipe my memory and re-read this for the first time.

This is Cam and Caras story. They've both been hurt by past relationships and are afraid to move on from their past. Can they help each other move on or will the past come back to haunt them.

The author did a great job with this story. The characters are relatable and the storyline is believable. This is a beautifully written emotion story that I highly recommend.

"Jesus, I'm not in love with her," he protested as he pulled me closer. "She's just someone from my past now. I'm not playing games here, Cara. Yeah I admit, I messed up the other night. But you did too." His eyes flickered enviously. "But you can't just run away when things get tough. There's something between us, something that's real, I know you can feel it." He pushed his body up against mine, invading my space. "You just need to get out of your own damn way to see it." ~ Cam Greer

The night Cam Greer and Cara Pratt see each other for the first time they knew their lives were going to change. I just don't think they realized how much they would change. This book has a lot of twists, turns, and a part that caused my jaw to drop... I loved every minute of it.

Cam and Cara have both been hurt by people they love. Cam's dad is a huge talent agent and he's never sure if girls like him for him, or if they like him because they think his dad can make them famous. That is until he met Amber Murphy. Amber was Cam's first everything. Unfortunately, Amber left Cam and he's never been able to get over her. Word about Amber...she's one of the most awful characters I've ever come across.

Cara has been hurt by the most important men in her life time and again. Her own father abandoned her as a child and the love of her life deserted her when she told him she was pregnant with his child. Cara knows she isn't ready for any kind of commitment. But she also never expected to meet Cam and fall so fast.

The thing about Cam and Cara is their hearts know they're falling in love, but their heads are telling them they're not ready for a relationship. Cam is so freaked out by what he feels for Cara the night they dance after meeting at the bar Cara manages, he leaves her stranded on the dance floor and actually leaves the bar.

Cam knows he made a giant mistake and does his best to convince Cara to give him a chance. On their first date they have a great time. Conversation came easily and they were comfortable with each other right away. That night their physical attraction explodes and they share an unbelievable night together.

Their sexual chemistry is off the hook hot. But it's not just sex. They're falling for each other. All the while trying not to put a label on what they have. I actually wanted to yell at them and say "Don't you know you're perfect together!!" Only I knew they wouldn't hear me so I read on.

Someone comes back into town and sends Cara and Cam's relationship into a downward spiral. Their break up is just awful and they make so many mistakes that you'll be tearing through the book praying for the ending you want.

For all his flaws Cam turned out to be a great book boyfriend. He was model handsome and his job as a firefighter kept him totally fit. I hated that he was so conflicted about Cara. I just wanted them together.

Cara has had to fight for everything she wanted in life. She's a so much stronger than she realized. I got why she didn't want to fall in love with Cam, but it doesn't mean I liked it.

There is so much more to tell you, but I'm not going to. You really have to read it. I promise it's a story that won't disappoint you.

I'm giving Falling for Fate a four lip smack review. Cam and Cara's relationship will keep you involved from the first page to the last.

****ARC excitedly read for an honest review****

This is the second novel in the Always Series. I read the first novel, Promise Me Always so I met Cam and Cara in that book and it's cool that they got there own book to get deeper into their relationship.

Cara has dealt with people in her life being there and then the next thing she knows is they are gone, by choice. She believes they love her but when it gets rough they leave her in the dust and don't look back. She has a few people that will always be a constant and she appreciates them so much but the thing she is missing is a man that she can share her life with that will stay no matter how hard it gets. She also needs to let them so they can get to show her that they will...

Cam has been used over and over again by girlfriends because of who his father is. The one woman that did not use him, left him. He can not get over her even when it's been four years, he sees her everywhere. Cam distracts himself by being with women and he has the looks to do this. He doesn't think he can find a woman that can make him forgot until he goes to a bar and notices a waitress that has an issue with staring....

When Cam and Cara's eyes meet in the middle of her step-father's bar there was a major connection. Cara tried so hard to deny it and even give him major sass but he just wanted her even more because of it. When she finally decides to get a bit closer, that connection is even greater and that not only shocks them but scares them. They don't know what to make of their relationship, they both know they are not ready for a relationship but don't want to lose each-other.

When the past shows back up into their lives, it sets off a ton of emotions and they have to either walk away or fight. Can they get over their past? Can Cam be that man that doesn't just leave her and not look back? Can Cara open up to him?

I didn't want to spoil anything. This is an emotional roller coaster.....I wanted to give Cara a hug one minute and slap her the next. The same with Cam, I felt for him but wanted to punch him. I wanted to also throw my iPad at the wall. Miscommunication was a biggie in their story. It is also about leaving the past, in the past and forgiveness.

I enjoyed seeing all of the friends getting together and her best friend Shay is amazing!

Quotes:

She was like a little firecracker- harmless until you lit the fuse.

Don't think, just feel.

I was jolted awake as my nightmare came to an end. Sitting up entirely too fast, my head pounded like a hooker on payday.

Swooning for Cam!!!!!

UPDATE:

What an awesome read.

I couldn't wait for Cara & Cam's story, and I certainly wasn't disappointed.

I was left speechless and of course...emotional. This book had me right from the beginning, it was entertaining, intriguing, life-changing and heart-shattering...

Cam & Cara don't want to put labels on their relationship.....the only thing that have agreed on is not "putting out" for other

"She was like a little firecracker - harmless until you lit the fuse"

Being broken and left damaged from another relationship, Cam isn't looking for another one. He's been broken and left feeling used because of who his father is....and the background he comes from...

After deciding to go to a local bar with his fellow fire-fighters (yes....HOT right) that's where he meets his match...his firecracker!

"I didn't know why but that kiss seemed different from the others. It wasn't just a kiss; it was a kiss that bonded us together through our past. I could see it in her eyes, I didn't know her whole story but I could tell that not only was she left by her father, she was also abandoned by someone and just like me her dreams were gone as well."

Cara is used to men walking out of her life, it seems to be the norm for her, her father left and her high school love Lance left, leaving a young and vulnerable Cara to pick herself back up again

"When you walk the path to your dreams sometimes you take a wrong turn and find a new one."

Cam and Cara are both broken and damaged from previous relationships. Will they survive or are they doomed from the beginning?

But don't let this fool you, Kari certainly pulls some strings and bring the past back to the future...and shit's about to get real.....

who will survive?

Can love conquer all?

This is one Hell of a story it draws you, grabs you and then you never want it to end

"You were never just a distraction, firecracker...You were my redemption."

I felt like I was on an emotional roller coaster of feelings while I read that book- and that is one of the reasons that I LOVED it! There were times that I was in tears over the way that things were going for Cam and Cara, then in the next breath I had to take a walk away from the kindle because I was pissed at one of them. In the end, it was an awesome experience and I am so glad I was along for the ride.

We first meet Cam and Cara in Kari's first books Promise Me Always. I didn't think that I was going to like this book at first because I despise going backwards in a story. We know what happens to Blake and Tessa, so I expected them to be a huge part of this book. I was so glad that that was not the case. Yes, we do get glimpes of them, but remember this is Cam and Cara's story. We find out how they met, how they felt during their relationship, how they broke up and eventually got back together. We got to meet their friends and family and see what an important aspect of their lives that they were.

I love me a hot fireman and Cam did not disappoint! We could see that he is the man that wants to help others and that is what makes him who he is. He has a backbone and feelings and that ultimatly makes him book boyfriend material.
Cara is a girl that has had to go through a lot in her life. Her dad pretty much deserts her for his other family and she luckily has a step father who treats and loves her like his own. At 18 she gets pregnant and loses the baby in a massive car accident. The father of the baby wanted nothing to do with her after she got pregnant and pretty much made her think that men are jerks that want nothing more then sex. Even though she goes through all f that, she still grows from the experience and that is what makes her the person that she is today. She is strong and knows what she wants, which makes her who she is.

Cam and Cara are awesome together and when they are not they are miserable, and we as readers are miserable because we want them together. I can honestly say that I am addicted to Kari's books, so I am waiting very patiently for the next one!!

I was given this Book as an ARC for and Honest review. We meet Cam and Cara in PROMISE ME ALWAYS " Blake & Tessa " story. Always Yours is their story. Cara grew up most of her life without her Father, when he walked out on her and her Mother. Heart Broken when it happens again years later when her High School Sweetheart leaves her to never look back again just like her Dad. Cam grew up in a family with alot of talent and a dad that owned a popular Talent Agency. His father was disappointed in him because he did not go along with Dad and his Sisters Buisness world. He thought his life was good a girlfriend he loved and his MMA fighting till his life spirals out of control losing his fighting and Amber, she moving to Ca without him. Cam never truly let go of his feeling for her. One night he and his fellow Firefighting buddies are celebrating finishing up the schooling at a Popular Bar " MAGGIES PLACE". This is where Cam & Cara meet, they are drawn to each other, but are holding back due to the pass relationships they have had. But this draw is strong and at the end of the night they both are confused. The give it a try but Cam is set to put NO labels on what they are.Totally enjoying being together, Cara guards her heart but her walls are coming down and she is scare of the feeling but more scared to tell Cam. Cam, he is still stuck in his Past, not wanting to let Cara in all the way. This hurts her more then he will ever know. Your Past Never stay's in the Past when Amber comes back wanting to pick up where she left it, Cam so mixed up and lets Cara go . Cam doesnt see the Amber she is now he has blinders on. But Amber knows more about Cara then anyone Knows. To find out more grab a copy. This is one Hell of a story it draws you, grabs you and then you never want it to end. You get two people damaged from bad relationships and hurts. Can they put those memories to rest and see the amazing one staring then in the face, Can they get their HEA. Worth 5 stars. I recommend this book.

This book was an emotional roller-coaster! The plot had me crying, laughing, yelling, and smiling throughout the whole book. At one point I wanted to throw my phone at the wall because a certain scene, or two, made me so mad! But I loved all these emotions! I love when an author's book can make me feel so many different feelings. It shows that they're doing their jobs by causing their readers to feel something as they read the book.

Cara has been through more tragedy than anyone should have to face. Abandoned by her father at a young age was just the start of her messed up life, which, in the future, holds disappointment, betrayal, loss, and love. Cara works in a bar her step-father owns and one night, she meets him. Cam. He's funny, handsome, and he makes her heart flutter with a feeling she has never felt before. But, how can Cara trust Cam, if every man in her life who she loves, always end up leaving her?

After a relationship with a woman he loved for years ends badly, Cam swears he will never love again. How can he, when all he still thinks about, even four years later, is the girl he loves that got away? He loved Amber, with everything he had, but she ended up breaking his heart to follow her dreams. Flash forward four years and he finds himself in a new career with a still broken heart. One night, he goes out to a bar with a bunch of his friends. That's where he meets her. Cara. A woman who he can't stay away from and stop thinking about. Although memories of Amber still overrule his thoughts, he finds Cara beautiful and worth getting to know. But when love gets added to the equation, will he be able to push aside the love he still has for Amber and move on with a girl who makes him feel again? Will he let lies, betrayal, and loss keep him from being happy with Cara?

There's only one way to find out. And remember: Don't think, feel.

I really loved this story and look forward to reading more from this author. This book was excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed reading it!

I recommend this book to everyone.

Cam Greer is the son of wealthy father who has dealt with women only wanting him for his money or the potential fame that his father can bring them. He meets Amber and believes that she is different and will love him for him and not for something he or his father can provide her. After she crushes his heart and his future in MMA is destroyed, Cam must start over. Cara Pratt is used to men walking out on her. It begins with her father when she is a little girl and then carries on to her high school boyfriend Lance. After picking up the pieces and starting over, Cara is not looking for love. She is focused on her job at Maggie’s.

When Cam and Cara spot each other at Maggie’s there is undeniable chemistry. However both are untrusting and willing to fight any attraction that may exist. They have both been burned in the past and do not want to risk their hearts again. Can these two overcome the pain and heartache they suffered and find love once again? Will the past repeat itself and leave both of them hurt and brokenhearted. Is there attraction and chemistry strong enough to overcome obstacles thrown in their way?

I read this book and thought it would be impossible to love the characters in this book as much as the ones in book one, Promise Me Always. I was mistaken. I had a small taste of Cam and Cara in the prior book, but in hearing more of their story, I fell in love with them immediately. This story was easy to relate to and for that reason sucked me in. Anyone who has suffered a broken heart or felt abandoned can find solace with Cam and Cara. I was able to connect with their feelings and got a good sense of their pain and apprehension throughout. I enjoyed the journey this book took me and hated when it was over. Call me greedy, but I wanted more!! Kari March did an excellent job with this follow-up novel and I highly recommend this read!!
I gave this book 5 stars!!

Cara Pratt has had many disappointments in life - her father left her and her mother when she was only 8 for another woman, never to see her again. He high school boyfriend tosses her aside when she became pregnant and betrays her - never to see her again. She has finally got her life together running her step fathers bar when Cam walks into her life.

Cam Greer's father was the owner and CEO of Greer Talent Agency and because of that Cam has felt he has been used by any woman he dates, they are only trying to get to his dad. When he finally met the love of his life, Amber, his senior year he felt that she loved him for him. Then she took off to find her dreams in California leaving him heart broken. But when he sees this firecracker bartender one night with his friends, he can't get her out of his mind.

I have many mixed feelings about this book. Ms. March writes very well and she does very HOT and STEAMY love scenes (those I give 5 stars!!!). But the characters feeling are all over the place and its hard sometimes to keep up. I enjoyed the story with it's twists and turns, and sometimes even thought it wouldn't end the way I thought it would. And in some ways it didn't. Which had me enjoying the book at the end. It is an emotional ride and one I think most will enjoy, as long as you like the tormented characters with all their ups and downs.

This is the second book in the Always series but it can be read as a stand-a-lone (I have not read the first book). I am kinda intrigued after reading this story to go back and read the first story. She has me wanting to know how their story ends.

Whew! These characters get pulled through an emotional ringer and ended up bringing me along for the ride. I loved the characters and the story line was intense. I devoured this book in just a few hours because I couldn’t put it down. The steamy sex scenes don’t hurt either.

Can and Cara are perfect for each other. They, of course, have a hard time seeing this since they’ve closed themselves off due to past hurts. They get put through a lot throughout this book, some caused by themselves to each other and some caused by others. However, I absolutely loved both of the characters and easily found myself rooting for their relationship and being emotionally invested in the outcome. Cam is a sexy firefighter that is a total alpha male. He’s possessive, protective, sweet, and totally confused about his feelings. Cara is strong willed with a solid backbone and a hard worker. She’s loyal and protective of her friends while she struggles with her demons on a nightly basis. Both of theses characters have a great personalities and I found it very easy to get wrapped up in their story.

The story line was intense and emotional at times but totally worth it. The scenes transition smoothly between Cam and Cara’s POVs. This is another one of those books that had me thinking about it and the characters long after I’d finished the book. I seriously couldn’t get enough of theses two and I can’t wait for Lexi Y Matt’s story next. 5 out of 5 stars!

I first fell in love with Kari’s writing style and story when I read Promise Me Always, and now she has hit it out of the park with Always Yours. This is Cam and Cara’s story.

Cara has been dealt some crappy cards in life but, she has bounced back and is doing well, well...maybe not well but she is copping. She is scared to get close to men because she is afraid they will leave her, since they always do. Cam is used to having distraction after distraction and it has worked for him, it has helped him forget his past. That is until he meets Cara.

These two go through some amazing time and some horrible times. I love the character of Cara, a strong independent woman. However, she makes me mad when she is pushing Cam away. Can’t she see how much he loves her, even though he can’t say it.

Don’t get me started on Cam. That guy pissed me off more than one time but I still loved him. I guess that is the charm that is Cam. Once he finally decided to do the right thing it was too late…or was it?? This story made me ugly cry, and I liked it! I know I am crazy but I love when a book brings out that much emotion from me.

I can’t wait to read the next story in this series which is about Matt and Lexi. Do yourself a favor and one click this amazing read!

This is Cara and Cam’s story who we first meet in the first book in this Series, Promise Me Always, and this book does not disappoint!

Cara has led a life with men disappearing from it. First her father left her and her mother when she was 8 years old to live with his mistress and their kids. She never saw him again. Then when she 18 and told her boyfriend Lance she was pregnant, he left her and she never saw him again.

Cam Greer is a firefighter in training. His father owns a major talent agency and every girlfriend he has had has either been using him for his money or to be noticed by his father in the hopes of him signing them.

Cara is working as the manager at her step-fathers bar when she first meets Cam, who is there on a boy’s night out with his fellow firefighters in training. The two are drawn to each other although neither one of them are interested in looking for a relationship after their previous histories of men leaving Cara and women using Cam.

This is a sweet story of moving on from the past to find love in the future.

This story had me smiling, laughing and swearing! It was the perfect dose of every emotion rolled into one story.

Oh man, this book pulled at my heart strings There was so many emotions flying out of me as I read Always Yours. From anger to love, sadness to crying, and from wanting to hit someone to laughter, I felt it all.

Cam Greer is a firefighter hotshot, who can't seem to move on from his ex, Amber. This man irritated me like no other. Both he and Cara push people away, for two different reasons. While I understand why they did it, I still wanted to reach through my kindle and slap them silly. With my fists.

Cara was a bartender who couldn't get over men always leaving her. However, meeting Cam at the bar she tends, she may realize he is the one man she doesn't want to leave her, ever.

Oh, there is a twist in here that literally made my jaw drop. I mean, it makes sense now but reading the story before the reveal, I definitely didn't see it coming.

I will always be a Blake Bentley girl (read about him in Promise Me Always) but Cam Greer hits close to second to Blake. Those sex scenes though… wowza!

Kari, your writing never ceases to amaze me. You write so smoothly and it just flows together so perfectly, even alternating point of views. I can't wait to read more from you. ~ Keisha, 4.5 stars

Always Yours is an emotionally charged novel with the perfect combination of angst, love, tears and redemption. Cara has been broken by so many men in her life she is not willing to drop her walls of steel she has built around her heart. She has always been the one left behind while her father and high school boyfriend chose other people over her. Cam is still unable to move on from Amber, his longterm girlfriend. Every girl is compared to her, and unable to match up, even though she broke his heart. With one look, Cam and Cara are pulled to each other. I could feel the electricity that was humming between them with each word as the chapters progressed. I was an emotional wreck as each new revelation was made, the biggest I NEVER saw coming. But in the end... can Cara and Cam overcome their insecurities in life and make each other whole again? Always Yours is another amazing novel from Kari March. I did not think I could like characters so much but Cam and Cara are exceptional. Always Yours can be read as a stand alone since the story is complete at the end. Get your tissues ready, your heart will bleed right along with the characters. Thank you Kari for another awesome book.

Kari March has done it again with Always Yours! Although I did want to yell at her very loudly about halfway through this book, I assure you with good reasons! Cara and Cam's story is beautifully written, with pain, lust, heartbreak, and love. It's one of those you are constantly waiting for the other shoe to drop and asking what else can happen to them? I couldn't believe how much I disliked Nolan, and not for his character but just because I didn't want him to be where he was. I knew I didn't like Amber in the first book, just the little bit we saw of her then, and I assure you, my feelings towards her were founded in this book. You will not want to put this one down! The emotions you feel will have you all over the place. Although this can be read as a stand alone, I would recommend reading Promise Me Always first since the characters are first seen there. Amazing job and I look forward to Matt and Lexi's story! ~Chell

This author absolutely delivered in book two! I was back and forth about her first book, but this one was not the same! If you hesitate to buy, because you feel the same, don't.

This book is written beautifully. I felt for both characters from the start to finish. It is always written so fluently. She gives you the background, the story takes shape, climaxes, and falls down. It seriously couldn't have been written better. I think Cam had just enough alpha, and a whole lot of sweet (swoon). Cara was a not taking crap from anyone female, but willing to admit she needed love.

I love the climactic surprise this story holds as well. This book was just FANTASTIC, HOT, BEAUTIFUL! READ THIS BOOK!!!!

This book was just awesome!!!!!

I was hooked at page 1. It kept me on my toes for sure.

I loved the characters, except for Amber, she is an evil ______!!!!!!!!

Cara and Cam were amazing together. They went through hell and back, espceially Cara. But they made it, and what an awesome outcome. I just loved them two, and the ending, it was great!!!!

Cara might not of had the best of parents, but she had wonderful friends to make up for it, and a loving half sister.

This was a great read. Although I shed some tears, and some were really ugly tears, lol, it was worth it!!

Cara has spent her life avoiding attachment. She knows all too well the feelings of abandonment. She watched her father walk out of her life at a young age. She then later watched the father of her child walk away without even looking back. So when she notices Cam in the bar one night. She calls it likes she see's it. A hook-up no attachments or broken hearts. Little does she know that sparks would fly like crazy between the two. When the past comes face to face with Cara and Cam will their love be strong enough to survive? I freaking FLOVED this book!!

I loved cam and cara was heart wrenching and sweet all at the same time such a good read. It was so easy to relate and connect to these characters there situations although heart breaking are real and we're handled delicately and with care and consideration. I loved the connection between the main characters and found my emotions were on high alert a lot. I cried a few times and found the story bittersweet loved to hate it and vice versa.......I would be more than willing to buy and book that kari march writes and can't wait for the next book she writes x
