What do you think?
Memoirs of a Telepath #7
Gaslighter #7
What is telepathy? If you open an encyclopedia, it’s described so “Telepathy is the transmission of thoughts, feelings, and ideas from one person to another over a distance...”. Yawnsville! But telepathy isn’t boring at all! It’s incredibly fun! Just think back to when I used telepathy to turn that gang of thugs into a ballet troupe! Now that was a blast!

Book seven
I'm enjoying the story but two things keep me from giving the books more stars,
One: Editing and weird phrases. Seriously how do you smile softly? Can you smile loudly as well?
Two: Time skips. Hate them with a passion!
At least we finally got to go through a portal.
How come nobody else has had a second power emerge?
Why hasn't he trained more animals?
What happened with the red scaled dog?
5/10 Threads left to dangle.

I dislike the way he treats the women
He is really nasty to the female lead I really like. The rest of the story is great but the way he treats the women is terrible. So just one star. Please get together with the two of them instead of every other female he meets. So frustrating.

Lots of action, from dimensional excursions to defeating beast waves
I enjoy the story as an eastern bloc writer is quite different from the American, western perspective Im used to. The mindset of arrogant and backstabbing nobles is culturally entrenched much more than in western thinking. The MC is quite ruthless, as well as powerful. And now rich and a member of the aristocracy, by his own efforts. Lots of conflicts arise, which the MC solved through violent action, even while hiding his true power. I look forward to the conflict with the body hopping telepath and her husband as well as the outworld wanderer. I also wonder how the MC will develop an actual harem with all the princesses that are in his orbit.

Fun and simple. Still a good time.
The continuation of the story really keeps the reader interested simply because the plot line is interesting. You're rooting for the main character, and the supporting cast is interesting but not overpowered. It's a lot of fun. It's a simple read that's enjoyable, with a good time to spend like you're hanging out with friends. It drags a little when there's no action, but you tend to cheer for the main character whenever he pushes his rather overpower abilities and personality. But it's just fun!

Fun
I've been enjoying this version of a sent back in time storyline. The author has paired it well with a coming of age story. Magic and Martial networks , are well developed and consistent.
This does come with a warning. This is not a stand alone book. You need to have read the previous ones. Also this is just one long story no breaks. I think the author just hits a word count and moves to a new book

the plot thickens
From rags to high nobility is just a step up for this hero. For a teenager he’s quite mature. Now his responsibilities are growing and the need for management has reared its head.
