4-1/2 stars.
I loved this addition to the series. I like Gabe and PJ/Pru a lot. I do think they should have talked about their feelings honestly way before they did. They both assumed too much. Even when Gabe decided he would not hold back anymore he did not explain himself to Pru so she misread his actions.
I loved catching up with all the couples from the other books in the series too. Everyone should have a circle of friends like this. Great job again Lori Ryan.

This world is so far removed from my normal - the billionaire and the rock star. After the first chapter, I was pulled in to the story, and it never occurred to me while reading that these characters weren't my neighbors or some of my best friends. PJ and Gabe were easy to love and sympathize with. They had real problems and a desire to love one another with all the normal life problems in the way (well, sometimes they were a bit more dramatic for the fiction part of the book!).
Much like Lori's other books, I found this one well-written and very easy to read. The story was well put together and the suspense was written beautifully. I often times felt like I was on the edge of my seat just waiting to see what would happen next, along with the roller coaster of emotions elicited just by reading what the characters had to endure. Sorry, no spoilers! While reading, I was happy and sad, frustrated and elated, and angered and justified.
If you like romance, suspense, and interesting characters, I strongly suggest you read this book! While it is part of a series, I think you can read it as a stand alone. You will likely understand more of the characters' backgrounds, if you read the series in order. (The first book is free on Amazon!)

Had to give this five stars because it's one of those books that leave you feeling good at the end. It is simply written and while the plot is familiar, the author's writing style and excellent characterization keep you turning the pages. Gabe was the owner of a chain of hotels ranging from luxury hotels to family priced hotels. He's built them all. Now, however, he's tired of it and wanting out. When Pru, a well-known singer, comes to stay at his hotel, he always puts her in his best suite and they spend a lot of time talking and getting to know one another. When he finds out she's being threatened he decides to hide her out in his home and protect her. Their attraction for one another blossoms and grows. Very sweet romance with a few steamy scenes thrown in! Love the characters. Both have flaws which make them more realistic and both are looking for someone to love and settle down with. When they're together it's like a match made in heaven. Really enjoyed reading their story. Once again Lori Ryan has penned a winner. Definitely recommend.

This is the 5th book in the Sutton Series and Lori Ryan has done it again! In Gabe and PJ’s story we not only get to meet new friends but we get to revisit old ones. Gabe is a friend of Jack Sutton’s who has it all or so he thinks. He has devoted his life to work and building an empire. He now has more than enough money to spend in several lifetimes. But the more time he spends with PJ the more he realizes he wants a life with her and no one else.

A great addition to an incredible series. In this Sutton Capital book we learn more about Gabe Sawyer and his long time friend, music sensation PJ Cantrell. When PJ's very personal journal is stolen and slowly leaked to the media she feels like her world is crashing down. She is not nearly as concerned for herself as she is others who can be deeply hurt by the contents of that journal. Gabe will do whatever he has to to make sure that doesn't happen.
As expected this is a beautifully written story that brings us up to date with all the characters we have come to love in the prior books. I highly recommend this book and while you can read this as a standalone without any problem I highly recommend you read the prior books as well.

Lori Ryan has done it again, a book packed with plenty of emotions. It has it all, romance, mystery and suspense. PJ, music popstar has been blackmailed and she turns to lifelong friend, Gabe for safety and help. Their attraction for each other has always been at a distant but now as they are together will it develop into more.
I enjoyed catching up with the Sutton family, this book is a stand alone but so much better it read with the other Sutton books. I highly recommend this book. This book was provided to me, by the author for an honest review.

What a Great Mixture of Romance and Suspense
The Billionaires Suite Dreams is a great addition to the Sutton Capital Series. Lori Ryan always does a great job of mixing romance and suspense to make a interesting and fun read with this series.
Gabe and Pru's love grew out of friendship but at first neither realized the other felt the same way. It takes P.J.'s life being turned upside down when someone leaked information from her personal journal, and Gabe wanting to support and protect her, to bring them even closer together.

In The Billionaire's Suite Dreams (Sutton Capital Series #4) by Lori Ryan, P.J. is a famous singer whose life is suddenly turned upside down. Someone has stolen her journal, is making parts of it public, and is threatening her and those she loves. Needing some down time between concerts, when P.J.'s friend of many years Gabe offers her a sanctuary, she can't refuse.
Gabe is a billionaire hotel owner who wants to give P.J. so much more than friendship. When he finds out she is in at risk, he needs to keep her safe. The more time they spend together, the more obvious the attraction they have for each other is. It is impossible to ignore, and for two people who have been friends for so long, a bit difficult to give in to. P.J. is still keeping parts of her life secret from Gabe though, and is terrified how he will react when the whole truth comes out. Love is a powerful force though if P.J. can believe in it and take the chance.
At the same time, mystery and intrigue surround P.J., giving her a whole new perspective on life as the past collides with the present.
The Billionaire's Suite Dreams is a fast paced, easy to read romance with strong, believable characters. P.J. has a big heart and cares a lot for others. She's been hurt and had her fair share of struggles, but has worked hard to get where she is today. Gabe is protective, all alpha man! I can totally see him in my mind thanks to Lori's great writing and descriptions of him! I felt that since they had known each other for years, the sudden romance and chemistry that heated up between them was realistic.
There are a lot of great secondary characters on the side lines of The Billionaire's Suite Dreams who fit well with the plot, and I like how Lori brings them in to complement the main characters. Most of them are from previous Sutton books, but since they are in the periphery, there is no confusion or feelings of missing anything if you haven't read the other Sutton Capital books. The Billionaire's Suite Dreams can easily be read as a stand alone.
Lori's writing style makes reading her books entertaining and it's easy to fall into the world of P.J. and Gabe. I liked the mystery in The Billionaire's Suite Dreams, it was well balanced with the romance.

I was pulled right into this story. The story has laughs, suspense, secrets, twists & turns, and heartbreak.

This is PJ and Gabe’s story. PJ is on tour but has a break. After some journal entries that were private were released and her entire journal is gone she wonders if she will ever be the same. She has had a troubled past and some things are best if they are kept secret. Gabe has wanted PJ for years but she was too young. They have a great friendship but Gabe will do anything to protect her. When PJ is threaten and her secrets start getting revealed Gabe decides to take her away from some of the pain and craziness. They go away and hangout but Gabe wants more. When PJ also wants more will they be able to work around the threats to form a relationship? Or will PJ want to draw the blackmailer out? When her secrets are revealed and the person is caught they think everything is over but was the real threat even caught? Or will one murder lead to a completely different killer who is now even closer to PJ?
I loved these characters and also the side characters. I felt I was able to connect with the characters and the story was a great read.
I highly recommend this book.

PJ Cantrall was a star at 15. She had hard lessons to learn at am impressionable age. She is now 29 years old and all of her secrets are about to be exposed by someone who wants her to repent for her sins. Her secrets will only hurt those she loves and some she thought she loved. She needed a place to escape for a few days, to think, to gain some clarity.
Gabe Sawyer owns a chain of hotels, one for almost everyone. He is in New York where PJ is touring and when a story from her stolen diary breaks. He offers her his company and a shoulder to cry on. He has known her since she was 19 and back then he didn't have thoughts as he does now. He wants her any way he can. He wants to help PJ and find out who is behind the threats that quite possibly could ruin her career and her life.
This was a fast-paced story that was filled with action and lots of chemistry between PJ and Gave. They had danced around each other for a few years and the sparks fly. PJ is a small, feisty, giving young woman who doesn't trust in relationships. She doesn't trust men to stick around because they haven't in the past. Gabe wants to help her and goes behind her back to find out what she is hiding because she isn't talking. PJ thinks that she needs to take care of everything on her own.
Gabe has lost his family and he is looking to move on from the hotel empire that he built. He is a strong alpha male but he is vulnerable too. He has good friends and he wants a more settled life. He is one of the good guys.

An Absolutely Spectacular Suspense Romance .
I really enjoyed reading The Billionaire's Suite
Dreams . I volunteered to read and review an advanced readers copy . This is very suspenseful and well written , fantastic characters . PJ Cantrell is on a concert your when breaking news someone stole her diary that's on a flash drive and are releasing info from it . PJ is embarrassed but also terrified . Deep secrets she has could come to light and could hurt people . Gabe Sawyer owner of Grand Hotels has secretly had feelings for PJ for quite sometime . When he realizes PJ is not only got secrets she doesn't want to come to light but that someone is targeting PJ and wants her to pay . Gabe steps up with his friends to protect PJ and find out who's behind it all . I highly recommend taking the time to read and enjoy .

Gabe and Pru go from friends to lovers in this fourth book in the popular series.
She needs a protector and he is right there for her. It brings them closer together and encourages them to act on their less friendly feelings.
I enjoyed the story. They make for a good couple and I felt like the relationship was well developed. The blackmail plot adds some danger and excitement to the mix.

She needs a protector and he is right there for her. It brings them closer together and encourages them to act on their less friendly feelings.
I enjoyed the story. They make for a good couple and I felt like the relationship was well developed. The blackmail plot adds some danger and excitement to the mix.

I was lucky enough to get a copy of this book through BookFunnel and I voluntarily chose to review it. This is the fourth book in this series. I loved this book. It was a quick easy read for me. This book is well written. The characters are wonderful. I also got see what previous characters are doing. Lori Ryan did a great job with this one, she is becoming a favorite of mine , she always does as great job with her stories. Get this one your going to love it.

I loved Gabe and the help he had from his friends at Sutton Capital. This was an enjoyable suspenseful romance that I couldn’t put down.

Sexy Gabe has it all, money, looks, and loyalty to boot. I absolutely loved everything about this book and I literally couldn't put it down. GREAT book and series. I highly recommend reading this book and the entire series.

A great read
Pru is a famous singer who has a stalker that wants her to pay for past sins. Babe is her friend that has helped her but he wants he is tired of trying to do the right with Pru. Can he protect her from a person that is so bent on revenge that will hurt anyone. Can Pru trust Babe who will he be like all the other men. Who could be doing this someone close but it is not what it seems. Can they be happy together after all that has happened. A nice easy read with great characters

5 stars of love for this one. Pj was such a strong character with a rocky past she overcame, you can’t help but root for her. As her past creeps up on her, who better to save her than Gabe.
Gabe is a takeover kinda guy bordering on stalker but I loved him to pieces.
My only complaint is the suspect is given away way too early. So as a reader I didn’t have that anticipation of figuring who is responsible up to the last few pages. I missed it.
