This is a great resource for coaches looking for jumping variations, especially for youth. Theres plenty of photos to use as reference for never ending variation. Not too ‘dense’ on information as I had hoped.

Had good information but I wouldn’t buy it again, this book is mainly images around 200pg worth of images.

Not his best product. Mostly exercise pictures. I would choose his other books before this.
