This was a quick and easy read and is a healthy mix of inspiration and motivation along with useful tips and frameworks for entrepreneurs to reimagine their marketing and relationship with potential clients/customers.
Also, it was fun to hear about Eric’s journey into entrepreneurship: his successes, his failures, and how his thinking and strategy changed at key pivot points due to helpful mentors, deeply contemplated decisions, and sheer need.
Some sections I really enjoyed and found helpful: ✅ Examples of how content can drive significant business performance and how the long-term value can be much greater than that of paid ads. A familiar point for most, but it was a good reminder - with evidence. ✅ 60-second content framework for how and what to create. A key part was his formula for video scripting: hook, why, content, invitation. ✅ We’re all creators in our own area of expertise. Not only is it a way to make money to support your life, but it’s also a meaningful part of self-fulfillment.
Glad I found this one. There’s a good message in here about being creative in general and I needed to hear it.
But there are some specific and practical things about being a creator that this book really nails as well. I’ve started to apply some ideas and I’m already noticing a difference, in the content and in the outcomes.
Highly recommend
