Light from above to light within

A lovely sharing of the connection this beautiful little girl maintained long after her physical body succumbed to devastating diseases.

Heartbreaking story of every parent’s nightmare; losing a child. I went to school with Kathy and her husband, Rick and they are wonderful people who suffered a terrible tragedy. I’m not writing this review because I know them, I’m writing it because I know how they suffered, and still do, from this loss and the story had to have been a hard one to write. And yet it was written, with grace and no self-pity. I think parents who have lost children should read this and be comforted by it. Cassie still looks over them, and it’s a comfort to know that. It broke my heart and I can’t imagine going through it but they did it and came out on the other side of it as stronger people. They are an inspiration.
