Discover New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Anne Marsh’s sexy Blue Moon Brides series! This boxed set includes the first three Blue Moon Brides TEMPTED BY THE PACK, PLEASURED BY THE PACK and CLAIMED BY THE PACK. Once in a blue moon… the Pack hunts for mates. TEMPTED BY THE PACK For Rafer Breaux, life in the Louisiana Bayou is harsh, violent—and deeply sensual. The Cajun werewolf lives for his Pack and he’ll do whatever it takes to keep his brothers safe. The longer a wolf lives without his fated mate, the harder it becomes for that wolf to shift back. To remember that he is a man—and not a monster. And those mates can only be found during a blue moon. When a blue moon finally rises, Rafer will need every weapon in his sensual arsenal to tempt one special woman into his arms and the heart of the Pack. Fighting to keep her family farm, Lark Andrews isn’t looking for love. Even if the very sexy Breaux brothers make her dream of hot bayou nights spent in their arms. When the blue moon leads Rafer to her door, however, Rafer has her rethinking her position on all work and no play. Now, the bayou nights are heating up as Rafer fights to convince her, one sensual touch at a time, to give love and passion a chance. But Rafer isn’t a one wolf deal. Is there room in Lark’s heart—and bed—for Rafer and his Pack? PLEASURED BY THE PACK Dre and Landry Breaux do everything together. Fishing, fighting—and loving. A whole lot of loving. When the blue moon leads these Cajun werewolves to their fated mate, however, they’re ready to reform. Now, they’ll fight to keep the woman of their dreams safe from the evils lurking in the Louisiana bayou—and to tempt her into taking a chance on two of the bayou’s sexiest bad boys. Mary Jane Johnson is no heartbreaker. Running from a troubled past, the bayou captain wants only to be left alone. When she takes a pair of bayou bad boys on board, however, Dre and Landry have her rethinking her need for space. These two big males have promised to take orders—all of her orders. Suddenly, she’s dreaming of getting as close as possible… to both of the Breaux brothers. CLAIMED BY THE PACK Alpha to the bone, Cajun shifter Dag Breaux must find his Blue Moon bride to preserve his humanity. Each passing day sees him lost further and further in the shift, more wolf than man. Emotions and feelings are foreign territory for Dag and all he has to offer his newfound female is raw, passionate sex and protection from the centuries-old vampire stalking the Louisiana bayou. Bayou mechanic Riley Jones stands on her own two feet. Always. She doesn’t need or want Dag’s infuriating brand of protection. Plus, she has secrets of her own that she’s desperate to keep. But there’s no denying the passion that burns between them and in the arms of her rough and tough shifter she discovers a darkly sensuous, no-holds-barred loving. When the vampire threatens Riley’s nearest and dearest, she must ask herself if resisting Dag’s mate claim is worth losing everything she cares about… or if teaching her wolf to love is worth the risk. Perfect for fans of Ali Hazelwood, Talia Hibbert, and Olivia Dade.
Anne lives in rural North Carolina with rescue cats who barely tolerate her and neighbors who are real-life heroes—fixing cars, hauling mulch, pulling you out of ditches without even being asked. Her books are love letters to small-town kindness and big-hearted romance.
COMING SOON: Hot for Preacher (Harlequin Afterglow) - February 24, 2026 Grumpy preacher. Sunshine country singer living with rheumatoid arthritis. Second chances. Small-town meddling. So. Much. Heat.
*Note. My initial reviews are from 2016. I think if I was reviewing them now (2018) they would receive lower stars. I have become a much tougher reviewer in my old age and less tolerant of certain 'Sins' committed in writing. Especially my favorite genre, which this is one of.
Sultry, Seductive, Scorching, Extremely Erotic. There's a blue moon rising and the pack is on a hunt for a mate. That blue moon leads them straight to Lark Andrews. It's hot in the Bayou, but things are about to get a LOT hotter for Lark.
“Dark things, sha.” Those old eyes watched her. “Dark don’ have to be bad. You just got to take the chance. Think about what you wan’ from this life of yours.” "The sight of him, of that hard, raw-boned hunter worshiping her, pushed her higher. All that strength reined in. Focused on her. Safe to explore. Safe to let go." “You want to play Little Red ridin’ Hood, I’m plenty happy to eat you up.”
This was my 2nd time reading this book & I swear it was even better this time around. Fast paced and blush inducing hot read. Now excuse me while I go splash cold water all over my body! Oh MY!!
The twins, Dre & Landry are masculine and delicious. Mary Jane is easy for me to empathize with. She protects herself from others and the possibility of violence in every way possible. She isn't a confrontational alpha female, but she has learned to hide well. However, it will do her no good in hiding from the 'Blue Moon' and the twins. They are determined to find their mate and keep her for themselves.
There are problems with the writing. There are sections that jump abruptly. Also, a few places where a word is incorrectly placed. It could have been a stronger story if more of the pack & the bride, Lark, from 'Tempted by the Pack', had been included a bit more. Even with these few imperfections I still strongly recommend this book to everyone who enjoys a 'Truly Hot Steamy Erotic Adult Romance'!
The pro's for this book absolutely outweigh any negatives!
I think I have a love/hate relationship with this series.
I love that the Breaux brothers are shifters and the Blue Moon is how they find their mates. I enjoy that the setting is in the deep southern bayous of Louisiana. I adore the accent the books are written with. I delight in the fact it is a paranormal adult erotic romance.
This one is about Dag & Riley. She is strong, opinionated and can hold her own in a fight. So, I appreciate the fact that the women in this series are not inexperienced, powerless, fragile virgins!
I really hate the sections with bad editing and repetitious parts. There are quite a few of both.
Will I read Book #4? Maybe.
I think after a while I will actually miss the 'Blue Moon Brides'. Heck, their almost family. In a southern Sweet Tea kinda way.
Only when the Blue Moon comes will it show their true mate but the choice of forever will never be theirs!!
Lark Andrews has lived on her Flower farm since she was a girl and now the bank is going to take it all away. Well they can try but she is not going to go down without a fight. Rafer Breaux is pack, he and his brothers live deep in the Louisiana bayou where they can protect each other and be themselves always aware of the lurking danger that hunts to kill them all. The Blue Moon is coming and the Breaux brothers are hoping it will lead one or all of them to their destined mates. They know the longer they remain unmated the more they will be pulled to their animals side until they are no longer able to come back. Lark has heard the rumours and has never paid must mind but this night she will find out firsthand about the Breaux brothers when the moon single her out as one of their mates.
Tempted by the Pack is a deliciously sexy start to the Blue Moon Brides series by Anne Marsh and I look forward to reading more of the series.
PLEASURED BY THE PACK (Blue Moon Brides Book 2)
They are two but they are one, twins born to the pack. Will the moon bless them with just one mates or will they be separated for love!
Mary Jane Johnson is running from her troubled past. Being on the bayou is one of the best things that has ever happened to her, she likes the solitude and loves that there is no-one to get between her, the wheel of her boat and the water. Dre and Landry Breaux are twins they are also more than men. The Breaux twins have a reputation around the bayou and if you believe the rumours they have pleasured their share of women together.
The blue moon is rare but the Breaux brother have been blessed as there has been two in two months and as this second draws near Dre and Landry are drawn to Mary Jane and her boat the 'Bayou Sweetie'. With danger at their door the Breaux bother must act to keep Mary Jane and her friend Riley safe and when the blue moon shines Dre and Landry realise its meaning and know it will take all the Breaux brothers and their strength to bring everybody home alive.
I really enjoyed Pleasured by the Pack the characters are engaging and storyline captures you attention and holds it until the very end.
CLAIMED BY THE PACK (Blue Moon Brides Book 3)
He has waited centuries for his blue moon, but as his wolf presses closer to the surface will enough of the man still be inside to claim his mate.
Riley Jones is in for the fight of her life, kidnapped by vampires she know she must find a way to get free before it is too late.
Dag Breaux is riding the edge, more wolf now than man he has been tasked with tracking Riley and bringing her back safely.
Dag is Alpha to the core and he knows Riley's importance to him and his pack. Dag also know if doesn't get Riley home safely he could lose his last grip on humanity and give over to his wolf. On the run and desperate to get Riley to safety Dag needs her to understand she is his but Riley is taking none of the macho man routine. As the danger around them grows so does the connection between them and Riley will have to make a choice if she is prepared to risk losing everything she cares about or is she willing to take a chance on maybe teaching an old dog some new tricks.
I loved reading Claimed by the Pack there was a great balance between story and romance never losing one to enhance the other and I look forward to reading the next instalment of this series.
This was an ok read to breakup the heavier novels I have been reading. There are a few distraction that need to be edited where "he/his" should be "her/her's" as well as issues with the plot not matching in later scenes. All in all the stories we cute with a little adventure.
I Enjoyed the stories on the Bayou boys. The Breaux brothers had a lot of sex appeal going on. However Luc's story messed up my entire experience with this series
Book one was about a woman being pursued by a family of werewolves, one in particular. It had too much sex for me, but maybe others would enjoy it more. The woman has to make a choice, and the werewolves help her out in several ways. I did a lot of skimming of book one, but books two and three were too similar so I didn't read them. Typos: "She flicked the flashlight up too high" should be "to high." "she wrapped her hands around the base of Dag's shift" should be "shaft." The bank foreclosure at the beginning was said to be in both three and five days. The number 360 should be spelled out.
I'd like to give this box set 3 stars, but I just can't. The story itself was good enough to keep me reading, although I admit to saying "finally finished." The biggest problem is that this set - all three books - badly need a proofreader and/or an editor. There were so many continuity flaws that by the 50% mark I found myself looking for them. If this is indicative of the author's writing - and given that it was throughout three books I'd say it is - I won't be reading any more. Clean it up, fix those flaws and you have a decent story, otherwise....
4 Stars Overall, This box set with the Blue Moon Brides books 1-3 was good. I liked the different stories, with the different characters all with the same central theme of wolf shifters finding their mates when the blue moon shines on them.
Lark has been trying to keep her flower farm going since her grandmothers’ death two years ago. It’s been an uphill struggle that she has been slowly loosing, leaving her distraught at the thought of having to part from the beloved farm that has been in her family for many generations. While at what may be her final farmer’s market, Mama Jolie, an elder rumoured to be a practicing voodoo “priestess”, and for whom she manages to save a bouquet of flowers every week, gives her a bit of advice and a little warning with the blue moon coming up. You never know what will come out of the bayou…good and bad. Rafer Breaux and his brothers, his pack, have been waiting for the blue moon to guide them to what they hope will be their mate or mates. Rafer has been quietly following Lark. He knows she’s special, and can only hope that she is the one for his pack, or at the very least, for him. He’s been waiting a very long time for her. The only question is….will she accept him and his brothers? Or will she shut them out? She’s been forewarned…run and we’ll catch you, stay in and you’re safe. Will she stay in to be safe or will she run and play? She’s been feeling so lonely lately, it might be nice to play, but will she truly understand the consequences of the game? An awesome read. I love this plot and the characters are strong, loyal and ready to do everything needed to find love. Looking forward to the next part. Which one of the brothers are next to find his or their mate?
Pleasured by the Pack
As the Breaux brothers’ saga continues, we find ourselves following Dre and Landry, the twins of the pack, and their forever search for their fated mate. When the next to impossible happens, and a second blue moon in as many months shows up, they follow its path, on the lookout for someone’s blue moon bride, hoping that at least one of them will be lucky. When they come across the Bayou Sweetie and her captain Mary Jane, as well as her mechanic and Mary Jane’s best friend Riley, they know at least one of these women is fated to be with someone in their pack. Even though Landry isn’t sure which one should belong to him, he knows they have to protect them both and wait for the rays of the blue moon to guide them to the right one. What they didn’t count on, was finding two brides for the pack. Once again, we find ourselves delving deep into the paranormal where werewolves and vampires live deep in the bayou, and you never know when the loup garou will come find you. As if it wasn’t enough to have to watch out for the gators! Lots of action going on that you definitely won’t want to miss. Will they ever find Riley? If so, will she accept one of the Breaux brothers as hers? Will they ever all find their brides before it’s too late and they find themselves forever in their wolf form? Can’t wait for the next book. Awesome read!
Claimed by the Pack
On the edge of loosing his humanity, Dag has been sent out to track the missing Riley Jones by his alpha, Luc. He is the best tracker they’ve got, but the rest of the pack is secretly hoping she will be his designated “Blue Moon Bride”, before he totally looses himself to his wolf. Riley has her own secrets she holds tight to her chest, and gives as good as she takes. She’s been out here, hidden away in this deserted cabin in the middle of the bayou, having to watch as the vamps feed and drain one of her “girls”. But, they aren’t as bright as they think they are, and she’s got a plan up her sleeve. Forever packed full of action and suspense, the third book in the “Blue Moon Brides” series continues with the theme of the first two. Once again, you will find it extremely difficult to put this one down. This is a series, that I think I could read along with forever. Each character is unique with their own story to tell, never the same old same old, and never a dull moment. I certainly hope that there are more episodes to come, especially since we haven’t heard about Jackson, and now, we have three more hunky men to get settled in Riley’s brothers. Anne Marsh has a wonderful talent for telling tales that will capture not only your attention, but your heart. Loved them all!
Loved the first 3 books of the series!!! Want to finish up the last two!!! The first book was sexy sweet, second book sneaky sweet with lots of heart pounding sex with killer vamps involved, and the third book was seriously sexually thrill a minute!!! Just a couple of things kept me from giving it a 5 star rating, some editing errors and to me at least, I did not feel like I got all the background details or maybe enough information. Not sure which one. Again loved the all and can barely wait to get the other two books
Well, the first book was truly enjoyable. It was well written and pace was okay. I thought her vamps were creative in the way they wore wolf skins. They were however, the villains in this story. I totally just adore the paranormal romances, so it was really my cup of tea. My favorite was the first one. At times I was exasperated reading about the last two girls, Riley, and Mary Jane, wanting them at night, then changing their minds in the morning, always changing on them. I did love the ending. Overall a very entertaining read. :)
The Louisiana Bayou grows their males dominating, big, rugged handsome, and bad ass! The six Breaux brothers are a prime example. Tempted by the Pack, Pleasured by the Pack, and Claimed by the Pack are three great, hot, and sexy paranormal stories about shifters and the Blue Moon. The blue moon is up and out and the brothers are ready to go hunting to find their mates. Please.....can that blue moon shine down on me!
I received this set free in return for an honest review. If your looking for hot werewolves then this is the right place ! A book has to grab me in the first chapter or I don't keep reading. This series did just that. A pack looking for the right woman for one or more members on the blue moon was a plot I could get into. The only drawback and the reason for the four star is multiple spelling errors but not too distracting. Would recommend to others for a hot read!
Once in a blue moon you'll find a series like this
I actually loved this three volume set, and am anxiously awaiting my next volume. Each of the books gave you such an in depth description of the Blue Moon Bride that you could almost share the bride's experiences. Shifter erotica at it's best!
Woah momma. Talk about hot and snarky. Although I loved all 3 books, I loved #3 the best. Riley, now there was a surprise I wasn't expecting, that little fox... Worth the $$ for these hot Cajun shifters.
Loved this set of books. For anyone who is a paranormal fan, these Louisiana brothers are definitely a huge treat. Anne Marsh, you certainly got my attention and I'll be reading more of your books.
I loved this series of drop dead panty dropping Cajun shifters. Anne Marsh has uniquely written characters with such distinct personalities, sometimes you smile and sometimes you cry. Loved them al
I enjoyed the storyline. Got a thing for the Cajun going on in these books and I liked the different personalities. I gave it a three because it's romance and the books are short. But I think if you like paranormal romance then you'll enjoy this boxed set.
Anyone who likes good paranormal stories with lots of sex and relationship issues will love this author and her writing. I wish we had virtual reality for the men in her books. So, I am off to the next book.
Totally enjoyed this boxed set of books on the Blue moon brides. I've left reviews on each book separately. The books were cohesive, enjoyable , with the right amount of story telling, action and heat. Had some fresh ideas I enjoyed.
I've read books by Anne Marsh before and these are right up there as being unable to stop once I start reading. Love the series so far and look forward to the last two books.
I couldn't put this down. The Breaux boys are definitely to hot to handle on the Louisiana bayou. Lucky girls to find their true love. Once in a blue moon.
