Most of the motivation books just talk about abstract things. Things like i used tto do something but i motivated and changed now! But this book is different! I didn't expect anything at first i read this book just to improve my english but now i have totally diffent view about this book. It actually gives you guidlines how you can be motivated. I don't remember every measures he gave and the order is not same as on the book but i write down some of the skills 1. Write down your goal. The better if you makes it specific! And write long-term and short-term. Re write it on daily basis and write o n a notecard and read it whenever you have time. 2. Be with someone dream big. Their lofe will motivate you. They are not have to be someone close to you. Public figures, movie characters or historical figures anybody is okay as long as they can motivate you. 3. Fear can make you overcome your laziness. A lot of cases fear can be money. Write a check and give it to reliable person. And give the check unless you achieve your goal. The more effective, the more raise money. This is what i remenber. This book is real page turner and worth your time!. I strongly recommend it
