Anger is truly a disease. So many men's problems seem to stem from issues of anger. Looking inwards should be prioritized. Creating safe spaces that encourage the "humanization" of men, among men.

Some truly heartbreaking stories. I kept hoping that at least one of the men would choose to seek help finally, it happened in the last story with Mutui.
