Forbidden love is always sweeter when you gotta sneak, cover up, and move in silence. Add in the streets and the stakes rise. There’s rules and levels in the game but that don’t apply to a nigga like me. Not Pray. I take what I want, and Iceland? She’s my forbidden fruit.

I wasn’t supposed to be with shorty, but I won’t let her go. We toxic as hell tho, teasin’, fightin’, fussin’, and get backs, all leadin’ to me blowin’ her back out and remindin’ her who’s in control of our situation. Even when she wanted to hate a nigga, I wouldn’t let that be possible.

The only issue was her family and the life I live. But between them and these niggas, it’s war ova what’s mine, and I’m standin’ on that.

So when I told shorty I might have to make her family bleed, you know what she said to me with a smile?

“Do what you need to do.”

And with that being said, it’s up behind my Ice baby. Pray don’t let up.

Pray and Iceland are the most toxic unhinged duo I have ever encountered. Modern day Bonnie and Clyde. They are then epitome of petty betties. They will initially do things to one another just to get a reaction, not caring who gets hurt in the crossfire. The back and forth exchange of foolishness did become tiresome throughout the reading, but overall it was a great read.

Wow. Pray one crazy dude. Had me wondering what he would do next. But Iceland was even crazier. I love this story from start to finish. Thank you again you did you thing like always.

This wasn’t well written, this felt disorienting you ever open up a book and start reading and just feel lost and confused. I had to take my glasses off and put em back on cus it was just a lot of words but the story wasn’t unfolding in a way that makes sense. I can tell it’s a lot of Rah rah back and forth stuff with no real purpose or point. And it’s a single POV and it’s the MMC only lol and he ignorant so yeah no this a skip. Like we open and he getting out of jail for MURDER 🫨🫨 and don’t get no back ground forreal. Like how old is bro cus his mama talking about trade school and stuff like wtf is y’all on lmaoo he not even sorry for his crime 🥴🥴. He wanna be a hoodrat bopping and popping or whatever so yeah. If you like ya characters mature and with some sense about them or like goals to be something other than a hoodrat this not the one.

Man listen pray way that guy!!! I loved the unspoken love they have for each other. Iceland was just as crazy as he was.
