I'm an avid non-fiction reader and wouldn't have stumbled upon this book if it were not for one of my family friends gifting this to me. I was pleasantly surprised when I realized it was not an avarage self help book, do this do that, this is good that is bad, but gave such fitting examples and fun facts with the explanation in the footnotes making me curious to learn more. I enjoyed the writing, and appreciate the author's open mindset while keeping all classes of people in mind, some who simply want to get into reading, or others like me who fell off the habit but want to get back into it. I'd definitely recommend it!
