A revealing and insightful look at how men can be better intimate partners. This book doesn't just look at the physical aspects of male sexuality. It takes a much broader view of how men can be more intune with their bodies, their mental health and with their spirituality when it comes to intimate matters and their personal relationships.

A fascinating look at the mental side of performance, taking a refreshing approach by diving into the psychological barriers we often overlook. Caitlin V. makes a strong case that it’s all about releasing emotional tension and deprogramming old habits.

While she’s honest that this is much easier said than done, the book provides a solid roadmap for the journey. It’s a great reminder that it’s a process, and practice makes better!

There is something in this book for everyone. It goes directly to the core angst of male sexuality with a comprehensive, almost holistic approach. You may disagree with some chapters or passages, or find little that pertains to your situation. But then you come to a chapter that you totally relate to and can learn from. To paraphrase from the author, "it's not all about your ****, dude!"

While the language is light, the message it covers is very clear. And spoiler alert: this book is about mental health.

I’ll start by saying that I have been a fan of Caitlin V’s YouTube since after my last relationship fell through. After they left me, I’ve been on rediscovery journey of myself: physically , sexually , spiritually , and mentally.

She highlights a lot of these through out the book and her channel. The analogy of a car is a good for these more than touchy subjects works to illustrate a good image to push through a non-judgmental narrative. More importantly, she tackles the issues of all the things stated above within the realm of sexuality without a preaching manner and stays within personal control as the my theme without shaming the reader. The read was still very confronting though, since I’ve got a lot work to do. I will be rereading this with the audiobook.
