A simple, dark and cozy, rom-com story. Haven’t had a single complete omnibus in a while and glad I grabbed this; was a slower burn for me tbh though.

Be prepared for fetishes and comedic set ups where in the maid who is a vampire switches from human disguise to her full vampire form and becomes even more “ravenous” for her master. 1 thing that was off/odd for me was some nipples were missing/censored (prolly from og release) and then later full uncensored topless scenes happened in later chapters; so almost a very terrible situation but it redeemed itself with nudity later. Ends on an interesting but sorta predictable note but I enjoyed it.

Recommend if you are a fanservice fan, like omnibus collections, and want a short and sweet story; then pick this up. If you’re not into fanservice and fetish stuff then you will not enjoy this imo

I mean, it was alright. If you really like ecchi series, you’ll probably like it a bit.

I had a few issues - first, it felt like it got cancelled because the ending was really rushed. Some things were never explored, like Magley’s past that was hinted at a few times, which was kinda disappointing. That was my main gripe. Besides that, the ecchi scenes get a bit too freaky for my tastes, and I kinda wish the MC was more like late high-school age, at least.

It wasn’t all bad, though. There were a few action scenes surprisingly, and they were actually pretty good. Plus, I like Magley’s design, at least for her regular maid look - her transformed vampire look is a bit plain. There were a few solid funny moments, too.

Overall, kinda eh. I’d probably only recommend if you particularly like ecchi series or these maid romance slice-of-life series that are decently common.

This manga series is so clearly fetish content and at a certain point I was embarrassed to be reading it, but now that I've read the emotionally charged final chapter, I feel like I've got whiplash. With fanservice in every respect (maybe except gender-bending, but even then barely), this manga is wrapped for a reason. Sure, Magley is adorable, but when you remember the age of the protagonist as he and his maid are doing something so sexually charged and explicit enough to make you question your life decisions, you might start to wonder if picking up a manga because there's a vampire in it might not be the best way to book shop.

More of a 2.5 star rating but I gave it 3 stars just to be nice.
I feel like I would’ve liked this manga more if Alfred was (much) older than 15 or if Magley’s background was actually described instead of just getting small glimpses of it. Also the side-plot of Alfred’s classmate being a troubled(?) vampire hunter was left either very open-ended or outright just incomplete. I did kinda like Alfred and Magley’s dynamic; again I just wish Alfred was older, so the ecchi scenes didn’t seem uncomfortable to view.
Overall this was a surprisingly quick read and it was good to pass the time with.

It was a really fun read, albeit a bit steamy at times. Thankfully it never actually showed what was happening specifically. I definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys fantasy rom-coms. Easily could’ve been a really great anime series.
