Find your second wind is built around a framework called SECOND-WIND where each letter stands for something. What I liked most about this book is that the author doesn't waste your time. Each chapter tells you what it is and why it matters. The 90 second rule for emotions was new to me. The ownership chapter is probably the strongest. The author dedicated this book to his 95 year old mother. The book is short has about 100 pages. It is a quick read. It is not a life changing book but a genuinely useful one.
