A complete and interesting book about menopause filled with some useful information shared with humor. Everyone’s journey is unique. Menopause doesn’t necessarily mean the end of things, it can be thought of as a new beginning! As women, we should break free from the stereotypical view of menopause being a time of irrationality and emotional instability. Menopause is a universal human experience. We should use laughter as a piece of our menopausal survival kit. This book includes some great ideas of questions that should be asked of one’s doctor. It also encourages discussing menopause in the open to eliminate the stigma that’s been associated with it. It is a personal journey. This book provides anything you may need to know about menopause, ideas and practical ways to deal with any of the menopausal experiences, concrete information on nutrition and exercise- all shared with humor and real life experiences. This is a very comprehensive and informative book.

I really enjoyed this book!! Not only was it informative, it was also funny and relatable. I felt like the author understood me and it means to be going through menopause. This book helped me realize that I'm not crazy, because a lot of what I have been experiencing is from menopause. In reality, the main symptom alot of women talk about, is the day and night sweats. This book opened my eyes a myriad of symptoms the women go through, made me smile to realize I'm not alone. WOW, I'm not crazy!! Lol I would definitely recommend this book to women going through menopause, it's a game changer!!
