Although the book is intended for young readers, even adults can learn something about making healthy food choices from reading this title. As Jada and her father plan lunch, she looks in the refrigerator and in the cupboard to make the perfect meal. The book reminds readers about the importance of eating foods from each food group and even has a note about those who are lactose intolerant. The stock photographs show smiling children reaping the benefits of good health while there are also diagrams that point out which foods are good for different parts of the body.

Another good read for young readers, this one focuses on nutrition & healthy diets (what you eat everyday not gad diets or anything like that).

Can't wait to read the rest of this series, and the rest of the books in the Hoopla BingePass we are looking at now.
