Where is Allah? A Commentary and Analysis in Light of the Quran and Sunnah
The issue regarding the highness of Allah has been argued by many people even though it is one of the most clearest and important matters of belief. However, this brief explanation will clarify how a person’s Islam cannot be complete unless he believes in this matter.
The evidence for the Highness of Allah has reached the level of absolute acceptance in number of narrations. Imam Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyyah said that the evidences for affirming the highness of Allah have over 2000 proofs!
In addition some contemporary scholars mentioned that the evidences reach well over 3000 proofs, all of them explicitly proving that Allah is above the heavens, above his throne, that He rose over His throne and that He is separate and distinct from His creation

I should've read the book in its original version, for the translator didn't do his best.
Beside the interesting stories and ideas found in this book, at certain spots, the reader cannot find the convincing style in conveying what the author was talking about.
All in all, many thanks to the friend whom because of I had to read this and 2 other books

The belief that Allah is above the heavens, above His throne, that He is separate and distinct from His creation, is the creed of those that Allah has blessed and chosen from His rightly guided slaves.
The Prophets, Messengers, companions and those who have followed their path have all united upon the belief that Allah is above His creation.
