This was a good read a lot of suspense.

Okay, if you want a nail-biting, page-turning suspense with romance and faith interwoven throughout...this is the book for you!

Tara is in witness protection, but all of a sudden it seems her cover has been blown. With the help of Officer Tucker, they are rushing to stop the threat and get her safe again. But it seems there is a leak in the office, revealing their every move and putting her at constant risk. In any other situation, she would be drawn to Tucker and his K-9, Scout. But knowing their time is limited, she tries to keep her heart in check... failing badly. But she isn't the only one struggling to keep those feelings at bay. Both Tucker and Tara must fight to keep her alive and get the criminal behind her brother's murder behind bars before her life is taken.

The chemistry between these two was believable. I liked the pacing of their friendship turning into more, and the suspense was honestly such a page-turner. You were on the edge of your seat the whole time!

Loved Tucker and Tara's story!! Tucker and Tara meet when Tucker is asked to go pick Tara up from her job, and arrives in time to see a car exploding, and to see that someone is trying to abduct Tara. Now, the one man Tara feels she can trust is a K-9 handler who sometimes works undercover for his job as a cop. She's not so sure she should trust him, and Tucker isn't sure that anyone should trust him. The more time they spend together, they both learn that they can trust God and each other, and Tara helps Tucker to get his relationship with God back on track. Now, if they can just stay alive long enough to tell each other how they feel!

Gina Bell wrote an amazing book here.
Outrunning Danger was full of suspense, trying to figure out who the murderer was and realizing i was so off.
This book keeps you on the edge of your seat. I couldn't put it down. You wont be disappointed, buy it and read it. You will find it interesting.

This was a solid story with nonstop action and suspense. I would’ve given it 5 stars but the nonstop events of the bad guy continuously running into their car or shooting at them, and the constant injuries were just too over the top for me and I got bored after a while. Too unrealistic for me to continue being invested in the story.

The question to be asked is where I found this book. I was in Walmart near the "Dude where is my shirt section," and I thought this was going to be one of those books (as you can tell, I didn't read far enough). Turns out this was actually really good. Would read more.
