Just Say Yes

Getting tangled up with an Olympic rugby player seems like the perfect way to forget about how my life is falling apart. Until I discover he’s my ex-boyfriend’s best friend .

Logan Brown walked into my small town with a charming grin and mischief in his eyes. He’s a world-class flirt and his confident masculinity is almost as distracting as those rugby thighs.

Given my inexperienced history, I’m no match for our undeniable chemistry. I vow to keep him at arm’s length. But with Logan, every lingering stare—every forbidden touch—awakens something inside of me I thought I had buried for good.

We both know we shouldn’t cross that line, but I have spent my entire life being a good girl, and suddenly I’m tempted to be very, very bad.

Especially when Logan tells me to just say yes.

What will I do now that this series is over? I am not kidding when I say Lena's Sullivan Family & Kings Family Series' are MY FAVORITE! The storyline? absolute perfection.

I love MJ & Logans story so much!! I am over here like what will Lena do next? Because I need it immediately. I know nothing about Rugby besides the fact that Rugby players have thick thighs.. therefore LOGAN IS A HOTTIE.

The Kings series has been some of my favorites stories from Lena Hendrix. I'm so glad they have gotten closure on their crazy-ass father and I had such warm and fuzzies while listening to this one.

Logan and MJ were such a fun story. From how they met, to the rugby matches, to the slow build up to a simmering heat. I thought Logan was a gentleman and a rogue in all the best ways. I am also VERY partial to a man with 'stache, and I don't care who knows it. Haha! It just does something for me.

I also liked that they both felt like mature characters. They are upfront about their wants and needs and when things need to change and progress, they communicate effectively. It made for a sweet and comforting story. I loved them so much!

I loved all the cameos of their families and I am sad that this chapter in Outtatowner is done. I can't wait to see where we go next!

Narrated by CJ Bloom and Ryan Hudson. I was riveted the whole way through and I listened to this in one setting. I truly recommend audio books for all of Lena's books.

Audiobook read: ugh I loved this audio so much!!! CJ bloom & Ryan Hudson were the perfect MJ & Logan pairing and truly brought them to characters life!

I was so so happy that we finally got MJ’s story but I’m honestly beyond heartbroken that two of my favorite series have officially come to the end. What am I gonna do now that I can’t see the sullivans or kings anymore 😭😭😭😭

**BETA READ**
I shed a tear. I’m SO not okay that this series is over. I have such a special bond to not only the Kings but the Sullivans too, and reading about each of the siblings throughout both series has been the most amazing journey 😭😭😭

This was quite the spectacular last hurrah & I was beyond stoked to have finally gotten MJ's story. This girl is everything. EVERYTHING I TELL YOU!!! I love her. And LOGAN. Y'all aren’t ready 🫦🔥 whew if you love a perfect swoon-worthy hero who would do anything for his girl…then you probably wanna pick this book up asap!!

I JUST WANNA SCREAM AND NEVER LET THEM GO!!

I’m not okay. I’m not ready to say goodbye, and I love this world with my entire heart.

This one was everything I wanted and more. MJ and Logan are perfect and going back to the King/Sullivan world will always feel like coming home.

When I say this is Lena’s best book yet, I’m saying it with my whole chest!

✨ Small Town
✨ Rugby Player MMC
✨ Inexperienced FMC
✨ Meet Ugly
✨He Falls First
✨ Protective MMC

I have loved every book in this series and the Sullivan series, so I was going into this one with high expectations, and let me tell you every single one of them was surpassed! MJ is my favorite FMC I’ve read in a while, and I relatedness much to her. If anyone deserves to have their entire world rocked by a hot Olympian Rugby player with a mistake and a protective streak a mile wide, it’s this girl.

And Logan, like I don’t know how Lena just keeps making me a dump for the men she writes, but every damn time I just keep falling harder and for these men. And Logan Brown is book husband material for sure. After he absolutely makes the worst impression ever on MJ, this man can’t stay away. They tell themselves it’s temporary but we all know they are lying to themselves. His endless patience, the way he just sees MJ and sees to the core of her, I was a puddle on the ground.

Plus we got to see our entire gang one last time, and I swear I’m just going to keep dreaming in my mind and pretending this town and these people are real so I don’t have to say goodbye!

𝐖𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:
Just Say Yes is the fifth and final instalment in the King Family series by author Lena Hendrix. Despite knowing it was coming... I cannot believe that we have officially reached the end of our stay in Outtatowner, Michigan. Two years, nine books, one novella and the wonderful merging of two rivalling families later brings the realisation that the time has come to pack our bags as we follow Hendrix on her next writing endeavour into the unknown. I've truly come to cherish this quirky little town with its hidden charms, hilarious antics and all of its unforgettable residents that have come together and made these books into an unmissable reading experience. Just Say Yes is easily my favourite of the series with its seamless pacing found me unable to put this book down as I devoured its contents within one sitting. The undefeatable found family elements are at the heart of the series as I find myself forever feeling charmed and emotionally touched by the way these characters have connected on an intimate level to form an everlasting bond that can never be broken through a combination of time, patience and understanding. To have followed all of these characters on their journey towards happily ever after has felt like such a privilege, and I just know that I will continue to cherish their stories and reread all of the books within this world for many years to come. This book felt like such a strong ending to an already strong series built upon the significance in family bonds and the sense of community can be found within embracing the differences that can pull you together in the most unconventional circumstances. I have come to the end of this series with nothing less than a great sense of satisfaction and gratification for the compelling experience that I was taken on over the past two years which has been deeply rooted in character exploration and discovery, and already I look forward to seeing what comes next for the author. See you later Outtatowner... it's been a blast and an honour.

𝐏𝐥𝐨𝐭:
With the long-awaited resolution to the Russell King conflict being concluded in the book prior to this one, Just Say Yes felt limitless in its possibilities to explore our two main characters to the fullest as we resolve any final loose threads without the weight of a long awaited sub-plot stealing the focus. I absolutely loved this book as it honestly felt like a reward with the absence of that horrible man draining the life out of our wonderful cast of characters who had suffered for his own gain, and I truly had the best time getting to see this family come together as they discovered what a life of freedom looked like. I loved that the focus of this book seemed to be more on MJ's development and inner reflection after living the majority of her life in the shadows of others instead of introducing an added element of suspense. She really steps out into the light and stands apart from her other siblings, so I had the best time getting to know this sweet soul and her love interest as both the Sullivan and King families readjust to their new lives. I couldn't have asked for a better and more comforting end to this series, so I'm ultimately really happy with the more relaxed approach that the author took with regards to the plot.

𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬:
Julep 'MJ' King is the youngest of the five King siblings and has spent much of her life living within the shadows of others. Experiencing a horrible past relationship has left its mark upon MJ as she finds herself struggling with her sense of worthiness and the anxiety surrounding her inexperience as a romantic partner. My heart broke when the truth surrounding her fears were revealed as I desperately wished that I had the ability to reach through the page and give this beautiful soul the biggest hug that I can manage. This wonderful and selfless woman is so deserving of the love, loyalty and devotion that she clearly yearns for and I found myself eagerly anticipating the moment that she, too, would come to this realisation. MJ's journey is slow yet steady as it was filled with the self-reflection that helped drive her character forward as she began to discover her own strength and authoritative voice. Her heart of gold and selfless nature made her an easy character to relate to and fall in-love with as it becomes apparent how devoted she is to the care of others. There's no denying that MJ is a caretaker at heart who always seeks to put the needs of others above her own, so I immediately knew that she was desperately in need of a love interest that would gladly put her needs first. I was really proud of her character growth from start-to-finish and the way she found the bravery to seek out the closure that had been haunting her since the lives of her family had been upended. MJ really grows into herself in her discovery that a proud and confident woman was just waiting to emerge with the right support and encouragement, and I have loved every single moment of her journey as she begins to embrace that very woman. MJ is easily my favourite member of the King family (don't tell Royal) and I couldn't be happier that we are ending this series on such a strong and resolute note.

Logan Brown is the greenest of green flags who can do no wrong, and I cannot believe we have waited the entirety of the series before being introduced to this irresistible man. Now listen, I've never (personally) been a woman with an interest in a moustache... however I know that I'm not alone in saying that I'd ride that 'stache anytime and anywhere. Not only is he an insanely attractive rugby player with the massive thighs to match... but he also knows how to communicate his needs and encourages the same communication from others. Successful, attractive, a fully-developed frontal cortex and emotionally mature? This truly must be Fiction because consider me in-love and offering my hand in marriage. It's almost embarrassing how giddy this fictional man has made me feel as he embraces his emotional complexities with a willingness to work through them whilst honouring his own boundaries and need to address them at his own pace. Logan faces a lot of his own internal battles and emotional struggles throughout this book, and it was so refreshing to see a main character willing to work through this whilst actively seeking out the insight and support from others. His backstory is not lacking in tragedy, however you can really see that the strength of his upbringing has helped in supporting and building Logan into the man that we get to know throughout his journey. I really enjoyed getting to know Logan's character and seeing how seamlessly he blended into the Sullivan/King family dynamic. Something that I'll never get tired of seeing is a character, regardless of gender identity, putting focus and emphasis on clear and enthusiastic consent. Despite his own desires Logan refuses to push and only continues to pursue MJ with her clear consent which just added to his overall appeal and attractiveness. Consent is sexy and absolutely does not take away from the intimate scene being portrayed, and honestly I just could not think of a single negative thing to say about Logan Brown. He's my favourite Outtatowner love interest and he was the perfect man to conclude this series with.

𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
The 'meet cute' between Logan and MJ was my absolute favourite of the series as an unfortunate misunderstanding leads to an embarrassing situation with warring emotions finding the pair leaving an unforgettable impression upon each other. I was laughing so hard at the awkwardness of it all as I really found both character's distinctive personalities and voices to shine through from that very first interaction. I loved getting to see their relationship blossom from this interaction as immediate dislike seems to effortlessly develop into instant chemistry and sparks that will leave you fanning your face in anticipation. The way that Logan and MJ's entire dynamic is built upon from trust, patience and respect is where the strengths of their origins lie which is what makes them my favourite couple of the series. The vulnerability that exists between the pair created this intimate dynamic that we get to see them fall back into time-and-time again. Logan and MJ visibly put a lot of time and effort towards developing an environment resolute in its strength for both characters to lean upon with the ability to safely emotionally fall apart without judgement and fear. The unwavering belief that exists between both characters as they know that they will be met with nothing but support and love really had me feeling emotional on their behalf, and it was such a joy to experience a budding love free of any toxicity and uncertainties. I loved the way that both characters seemed to instinctively recognise the other on a baser level that cannot be explained. Their pull was magnetic with their connection becoming apparent to their peers long before Logan and MJ themselves are ready to acknowledge what exists between them. Logan and MJ are by no means perfect and definitely find themselves facing some conflict as a direct result of their own personal struggles, however I have nothing but respect for the way that they approach their differences and the way they work towards prioritising the importance on communicating their needs. Their relationship continues to grow in strength with every new chapter and I had the most wonderful experience getting to follow these two lonely people with an endless supply of love to give find their match.

𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬:
Just Say Yes was the best conclusion to the King Family series that I could've hoped for which helps to alleviate the emotional sting in the acknowledgment that it's truly over. I am so grateful to have followed this compelling cast of characters on their tumultuous journey from beginning-to-end, and I cannot wait to see where the author will take us next in her next book as her writing continues to grow in strength with every new release.

My heart is bursting at the seams that I had the absolute PRIVILEGE of reading this book as an early reviewer, but I am 100% in denial about this being the last book in this series 🥺🫶🏼 I can see why Lena saved MJ’s story for last because it truly was so special, and absolutely ended up being one of my favorites in this series.

I loved the vulnerability MJ brought. I loved diving into this character that we have been able to see through other characters stories, and learned her past hurts, and watch her grow into a strong woman. And the way that Logan loved her was EVERYTHING for me😩🫶🏼 so patient and supportive when MJ needed, but had no problems with punching someone to defend his woman 🙂‍↕️ just how I like em 🙂‍↕️

Releasing April 25th… I cannot wait for this book to be in everyone’s hands so I have people to gab with 🤭

Sad to say this might be my least favorite of the series. Although I love MJ and Jordan I just didn’t connect with their story, I found them a bit boring. I found the little spice we got boring so I’m upset this was the end of the Kings but overall this series was amazing.

ARC REVIEW 🤍❤️!!!

First of all, I want to say a huge thank you for the opportunity to read this advanced copy of the book. And really... thank you, Lena. Thank you for writing such an incredibly amazing story.

MJ and Logan’s story was absolutely fascinating. From the very first moment they met, there was this undeniable connection—like, “You’re my endgame.” Though, to be fair, it felt more that way for him than for her at first. MJ is a protagonist who carries a deep sense of unworthiness. Unfortunately, she came out of a previous relationship that completely drained her—emotionally, mentally, and in every possible way.

And then came Logan. Not a boy, but a man. Thirty-four years old and it shows. He knows what he wants. Of course, like any man, he has his “buts”—but the beautiful part is that he acknowledges them and pushes through anyway. That’s something I really loved about how he treated MJ. You can tell he comes from a stable, mature background and that he’s emotionally grounded.

Their relationship was beautiful in every sense. Everything was based on mutual respect and consent. “If you’re comfortable,” “Only if you want to,” “Let’s talk if you feel ready.” That kind of male character is so refreshing to see, because in real life, many men don’t ask—they just act. So having a character like Logan feels like a breath of fresh air.

And MJ… oh, MJ. She was tough, but I get it. I understand her trauma, her pain, her hesitations. But what I loved most is that she was a woman. Not a girl, but a 29-year-old woman who knew exactly what she was getting into, who she was dealing with, and how things were unfolding. Her growth was beautiful, and everything bloomed just as it needed to.

This book is the perfect ending to a truly amazing story. Reading about all the brothers has been such a wonderful journey, but I have to say: this one was my favorite. Mostly because of Logan, more than MJ, because she truly needed a man like him in her life.

If you’re thinking about reading this book—just do it. Seriously, read it. If you’ve read the previous ones, this is the ending you’ve been waiting for. Don’t waste another second. Read it now.

I really enjoyed this ALC. Seeing MJ take a chance on herself and her happiness, and watching her come into her own was fantastic. Logan was the PERFECT hero for her, steady and sure. He took such care of her emotionally as well as physically. I loved the two of them together.

This will definitely go down as a must read series with one of my favorite cast of characters! I truly enjoyed every single book in the series.

I liked Logan a lot up until the point when he found out what Trent did to MJ. I’m quite disappointed by his character really. He wasn’t appalled that his friend could treat any woman that way- he more so cared that it happened to someone he “liked.”
To me that says a lot about him that he is willing to have a friend like that, I don’t care if it’s hard to make friends.

Quotes from Logan:

“He was into you. I get it.”- mind you she was obviously hurt recounting what happened.

“why you’re holding on to it so tightly.”-just ugh! Obviously based on how Trent spoke about her, you should realize that he treated her terribly!

“You don’t have to justify your friendship.”
“No.” He shook his head in return. “I think maybe I do.” He looked angry. “Please stay. Talk to me.”

Sounds like he knows good well that Trent is awful and is still friends with him.

“Look, Trent is an asshole. Deep down, I’ve always known that, but when you’ve got media attention and articles being written about you———-”

“I’m not at all happy with the things he said, but it doesn’t change the fact that you slept with my best friend.”——— sounds like an accusation to me.

Look I’m not saying Logan is terrible- obviously people are flawed- but jeez I liked his character a lot up until that point I guess that’s why I’m so disappointed and MJ deserves the world. And I don’t think Logan is that.

And MJ is so used to being hurt, and “forgotten” that the bare minimum is special for her 😭.

What an end to the Sullivan & King era in Outtatowner!! I am so sad for it to be over!

When introduced to Logan in the series, I KNEW we’d see more of him! To finally get MJs story and him tied in was amazing!

Logan is just perfection. I love his character and how he just LOVED MJ and wanted her just as she is. The chemistry between them was off the charts.

MJ is so feisty and needs someone that loves her as HER and doesn’t want her to change. MJ is the sister in the King family and her character growth through everything her family went through was done perfectly.

I’m so sad to leave Outtatowner and refuse to believe I can’t visit one day. Truly blessed to have received an advanced copy and for you to have it available to you now!!

Just Say Yes by Lena Hendrix
4/5⭐
2,5/5🌶️

This book is the final installment in the King Family series, and I have to say, it brought on such a bittersweet feeling! I haven’t read the first three books, but I got to know the characters from the Sullivan Family series, which made this last book even more special. It focuses on MJ, the youngest of the King siblings, and Logan, the charming Olympic rugby player. I’ve been intrigued by MJ since she first appeared in the Sullivan series, so I was excited to dive into her story. And I fell for Logan right away! He’s sweet and charming, especially with MJ, and their chemistry is simply fantastic! The banter between them is so fun to read.

MJ is such a lovely character—she's sweet, compassionate, and has a big heart. Being the youngest, her siblings are always looking out for her. She radiates positivity and warmth but also keeps her heart guarded due to her past. Sometimes, I just wanted to give her a big hug and protect her from any pain! But I also admired her strength when she finally stood her ground and realized what she truly deserves in life. With Logan by her side, she slowly opens up and gains confidence.

Logan, on the other hand, is this charming, confident, and funny Olympic rugby player. His life revolves around rugby until he meets MJ, who makes him want to settle down and build a family. I loved how clear he is about his feelings; he knows he wants MJ. He’s respectful and protective of her, always making her feel comfortable. And even when she’s hesitant, he’s patient and there for her every step of the way.

Their relationship blossoms beautifully, and it’s heartwarming to see them build a friendship along the way. I loved watching their growth together. This book wraps up the series perfectly, giving us a lovely look at how both the Sullivans and Kings find their happily ever afters. It was truly heartwarming to see them all so happy!

Found myself smirking and smiling throughout the book. Gahhhh I am SO happy to see MJ get her happily ever after. Logan was the absolute sweetest towards her and I loved how he had to find *just* the right nickname for her.

Also let’s pause and take a moment for Logan when he went all alpha on MJ’s ex…👀🔥

I’m so sad this series has come to and end but it definitely ended on such a sweet note. Lena you always continue to amaze me with your heartfelt stories 🫶🏻

The end of an era. We are getting MJ’s story to round out the Kings, but I am so sad to say goodbye to Outtatowner. I have loved the Kings and the Sullivans so much. Lena gave us this perfect town and these two families that started as enemies and now 9.5 books later, they are family. Your honor, I love them!

MJ is a national treasure and her heart must be protected at all cost. Insert Logan who is the exact man for the job. I mean Logan is so delicious. He is a rugby player that also happens to be MJ’s ex boyfriend’s best friend. The banter and chemistry between the two of them was top tier. Lena knew this series had to go out with a bang and she absolutely delivered!

I loved MJ and Logan’s story. Mostly MJ, as we get into her history, feel her pain, but see her grow and find her strength. She has scars, but she is tough. The support and understanding Logan shows her is refreshing; his maturity is just what MJ needs.

This book does stand alone, but this reader recommends the series. The ending will have more meaning if you have read them all.

Thank you to the Author for the advanced copy; this is my voluntary review.

What a perfect way to end the series, but I’ll also never be ready to say goodbye to our favorite Outtatowners. When I started this journey into Outtatowner, MI, I thought I would forever be a Sullivan girl. The King family were the rival family, and while I was interested in their stories, I didn’t think I would be pulled in so hard. Boy was I wrong. I am now forever strictly in the middle of the Grudge.

I had been excited for MJ’s story for so long, ever since she was introduced as Red Sullivan’s sweet nurse. MJ has had a rough life, from losing her mother at a young age, her father (who needs no explanation), and then her jerk face ex Trent effing Fischer. Then enter her patient Arthur’s grandson, Logan. MJ has a hard time trusting and has some things from her past that she needs to deal with, and then she finds out Logan is Trent’s best friend. Say less. This made things difficult and messy… sometimes quite literally! Haha

Logan was pure perfection - protective, sweet, and downright hot. He was everything that MJ needed and deserved and more.

Without giving anything away, there are some scenes that will live rent free in my brain. One involves a hose, and the other involves a truck.

Thank you, Lena, for once again allowing us readers the opportunity to visit our favorite King and Sullivan world. This book was so beautifully written and kept me captivated from the very first page. I absolutely loved everything about it. You truly have a gift of storytelling and making us readers feel like we’re living it, right alongside our favorite families. ♥

If you love small town romances, with a hot rugby player, 10/10 recommend with my whole heart!

Omg I devoured this one. Logan Brown is a MAN ya’ll. Not a king or a Sullivan, but arguably one of my favorites in the Lena-verse.

MJ and Logan gave me LIFE. It was fun, had banter, passion, angst, all the King family vibes and a wholesome ending?!? 10/10. Lena knows what she’s doing!! 🫶🏼

Mistaking your grandfather’s nurse for a Prost!tute - common mistake! And an excellent first impression.
This book was fun. It gave me an excuse to look up rugby thighs 😂 MJ is the baby of the family and is a bad b*tch in so many ways, but in a tale as old as time, her @sshole ex used her and ghosted her and left her with a complex. Logan and his mustache are here to help her find her main character energy, though! He’s also on a journey of self discovery as he ponders what’s really important, what type of grandson/friend/partner he wants to be, the company he’s been keeping, and stars to think about what life after rugby might look like. Theresa were times that I wanted to shake him and scream, “JUST TELL HER THAT!” but… we got there in the end. MORE RUGBY PLAYING MCs, PLS!!
I would have loved to dive deeper into Russell’s second family, but I’m assuming that’s coming in future books. Outtatowner continues to be light and fluffy, and this series will make great beach reads this summer!

mini blurb — ✍🏻
Calling the nurse that's taking care of his Grandpa a "hooker" wasn't Logan Brown's brightest moment. One apology leads into a constant state of flirt when the two of them meet and even with her guard held high, MJ might show him there's more in life beside rugby.

//

NLG this was an enjoyable read during but at the end the story felt a little underwhelming, I do expected more, both with knowing MJ (JULEP!! omg she's got the sweetest and most beautiful name I'm so disappointed it wasn't used more!) and the plot that was going on since book #1, about her father and the "other family". I hoped we could have some sort of ending there but no luck whatsoever, they dumped him there, presented the characters and left, lmao?!

I don't know how to explain it, the story felt like and info-dump of different information here and there but nothing made it to the end,
we know MJ works as a nurse in this residence for the elderly, nothing pertinent is addressed once the story kicks-in, I hope she still goes to work lmao
this big deal of Logan being an Olympic rugby player, ok good for him, but he's not God's given gift to sports lmao there are others competitions way more acclaimed if you will.

BUT, I mean, their relationship and story was cute, so there's that.
I'm not mad about how many times Logan's thicc thighs were brought up hehe~

This might just be my favorite book in the King Family series - it just might! I didn't expect it to be and it's got some serious competition, so I loved the surprise of how swept up I got in MJ's story. So it goes without saying that I have loooooved this entire series and getting to know the entire King family. The way that book #4 left off with teasing Logan chasing MJ down and them essentially having a screaming match right in the book store... It had me salivating for this book!

When this book dropped in my inbox, I literally devoured it and sped-read through it. We had gotten glimpses of MJ through her brother's books, but to tell you how much I loved MJ - she might be my favorite King! Anddddd Logan? Ohhhh my word!

Their meet cute is amazing - I couldn't stop laughing. And then what ensues is both funny, enraging, as well as so heartfelt. And the healing that takes place along the way too, ugh! This book is just everything. This was such an easy 5-star rating! This entire series is - you can read this as a standalone, but don't. Read the entire series and then when you get to MJ and Logan's story, oh my god, it's so satisfying and incredible. All the stars!

✨Favorite Highlight✨
He saw me the real me and instead of turning away. He stayed.

How is this series over!? I’m unwell y’all. Even though this is the end of the King’s Family series it’s also the end of the Sullivan Family as well and it’s honestly the end of an era. I couldn’t have imagined a better book to wrap everything up and I’m so happy Lena decided to end it with MJ’s story.

MJ and Logan’s meet cute in chapter one was perfection and had me laughing out loud many times! Grandpa Arthur really knew what he was doing there.. The banter, angst, swoon worthy moments, and the SPICE! I ate this book up and left no crumbs in sight. The vulnerability between Logan and MJ was beautiful and Lena did an amazing job making you feel every single emotion she threw at you. But the patience Logan had with MJ any time they were physical was everything!! It was so important her and he never once pushed her or made her feel less than and that made me fall in love with his character even more. I’m so sad this series is over but i also know whatever comes next will be even better and I can’t wait!

THANK YOU Lena for this amazing opportunity to read your amazing writing as an ARC and I cant wait for future opportunities! 🩷

ALC review 🩷🏉🏘️

its the end of an era 😭😭

Just Say Yes marks the end of my time in 𝙊𝙪𝙩𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙬𝙣𝙚𝙧, 𝙈𝙄 and I truly don't want to leave 🥺🫶🏼

My time in Outtatowner has spanned 2 series and 9 books. It felt fitting that MJ's story was saved until the very end. The littlest King sibling has evolved so much over the course of this series (and the Sullivans) and finally watching her find her strength and get her happy ending was a full circle moment 🫶🏼

This story was 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘁, 𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹, and 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 with the perfect dash of 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗲, 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗼𝗿 and 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗺. Logan and MJ started out on rocky terms but they became something that was worth fighting for. I am in 𝘯𝘰 𝘸𝘢𝘺 a sports girlie, but I think Logan (my consent king) and his thick thighs may have turned me into a rugby fan 🤭🥵

Thank you Lena for the ALC of MJs book and for creating this fictional small town that will forever feel like home 🫶🏼

I’m so sad the Kings series has come to an end! 😭

Anytime there’s a rugby player, you can count me right in! Logan is absolutely amazing. He has so much charisma and charm, and him & MJ have such amazing banter! I love how feisty MJ is, and especially love how these two were able to forge a deeper connection once Logan was able to get past her walls.

I was so in love with the beginning of this story. From the flirting and banter to the participation from the other king and sullivan family members (Ms tiny and Bug?? Stop it rn).

🌶️ If you’ve read a Lena Hendrix book before, you know you can expect some hot AF spice and a dirty talking MMC but also the one bed moment?? The TENSION 🥵.

There was so much swooning. Logan has mastered all 5 of the love languages yall and he has DIMPLES. Who can resist simple? Surely not MJ. And the fact that he’s the only one that calls her Julep? 😭

(➖) The second half of the book I was hoping for more, especially with this being the end of such a huge series. I do love that everyone got together for 1 final scene.

Thank you so much to Lena Hendrix and her team for the opportunity to arc review Just Say Yes!
