As always with Uramichi-oniisan, this installment was filled with hilarious interactions, and even more fun and wacky characters.

It deepened the knowledge of the character in a very organic way, as it’s known to do, and set up new dynamics that promise many more fun times to come.

Certainly, it is a great entry for the series.

But anyway, new characters are introduced. More misunderstandings create more hilarious moments.
I can’t believe that this omnibus contains vol 9 and 10. Has it been 10 volumes already?! It’s been such a fun ride!

i waited two years to have this in my hands i couldn't contain my joy when it arrived in the mail.
i made certain to read it super slowly and to take in every word and panel. i can't BELIEVE i am already done w it and have to wait years for more😭
i loved every bit of it, this is my serotonin series. it's my comfort safe place.
i will never not laugh when reading it.
that last bonus chapter in vol 10 was BEAUTIFUL though, a bit of a genuine moment in the series. i loved it to absolute bits. favourite moment so far. it highlights unironically how good friends they all actually are and care for each other.

While it doesn't hit the highs of previous volumes, it's still a fun read. I especially enjoy the glimpses into Uramichi's past. An ongoing thread of the series is that Uramichi has had a messed up childhood; this volume shows that he's not aware that the way his dad treats him isn't normal, or at least worse than he realizes. It just makes me sad.

Favorite chapters: 69 (BunnyBear Fighters), Memories of Summer Vacation bonus chapter, 73 (The Man Inside the Suit), 74 (plants), 75 (Uramichi's birthday), 76 (Kakito & Uramichi), Faves and Life bonus chapter, Be As Flawed as You Like bonus chapter

Ahh finally a new volume is out!

The story is non-sensical and hilarious as always but this time we have new characters too so that was great!

My favorite chapters, as always, are the ones about Uramichi’s childhood or college time. It really helps you understand why he is the way that he is.

Can’t wait for the next volume!

All comedy titles wear out their welcome when I read a bunch of them in a row. This one's stayed fresher than most, despite my reading three volumes in a matter of a few weeks, though perhaps it's just as well we won't be seeing another of these two-fers for another year or two. It made me chuckle several times despite my anti-comedy sentiment, and that's a major win in my book.

i adore both the “life lessons with uramichi oniisan” anime and manga and this volume did not disappoint !! i smiled and laughed so hard at these chapters :D the introduction of new characters such as the manga artist ‘naiyo kakito’ was very refreshing and kept the volume interesting and added new funny scenarios and dynamics to the story- iam really excited to hopefully see more of them !! this volume also added more depth to uramichi’s character as we learnt more about his childhood, time at university and his complicated relationship with gymnastics 🧸 🐰
