The Sixth Dimension Defined

Rate this book
We gaze into the sky full of stars, captivating our senses. What lies beyond them, millions of miles away, lost in the abyss of space? Will we ever discover new worlds in new galaxies? Will we ever have the vehicle to travel millions of miles when it’s still virtually impossible to put a man on Mars, one of our closet planets?

We had not made leaps and bounds in space travel and so much was still undiscovered, yet a team of all-American scientists are instrumental…

Working in a secret laboratory, they had found the way to unlock the universe without matter, to travel and discover the galaxies. It was all new in its inception, but we were out there in space creating history as we travelled. We had unlocked the code to be able to travel at lightning speed and beyond to meet our destiny.

Neil Vickers Author Bio
I was one of four children. My mother and father were working class parents and I had a mainstream education. I finished school and my art teacher wanted me to go to art college but I started a five-year apprenticeship in plumbing and central heating and passed all my exams. I left after five years and went self employed installing gas central heating into existing homes and replacing older boilers.
I had a busy life and worked long hours so I never had time for leisure and reading books although I should have taken the opportunity to read. I never ever thought about writing a book but did later in life but never published anything I had written as they were a long way off finished and never revisited them again.
I started writing books again with a view to publishing them after the pandemic (Covid), it had given me a new lease of life to start writing again but this time not to just write a manuscript but to write it and publish it.
I seem to have been born with a gift of a creative mind and photographic memory, the books I write just seem to flow out my head as I am writing them. I seem to be able to write in any genre including fiction of course. I consider myself lucky as I have never read any fiction books. I find I do not affiliate my writing with any other author and do not mimic the style of any. I do my best to make a book exciting to read and entertaining for the reader.
I am currently writing three more books. I have four books currently in the worldwide market:
True Love Unlimited
True Love Unlimited The Conclusion
The Sixth Dimension Defined
DIVA Living in the fast lane

I have just completed my latest book DIVA Living in the fast lane September 2025 and i am currently a triple gold prize winner, awarded through Chick Lit Cafe and Artisan book reviewers USA.

Such an Exciting Ride
This book had all the elements for me! I loved the aliens, the way the characters had to get tiny in order to complete their mission, and the travel to different planets. This book kept me captivated, enthralled and it is so compelling in every way. The laser used to make everyone small had me gushing –I absolutely loved this aspect of the storyline. It’s so different! After a while, space travel books kind of all feel the same; but this book was legitimately new, unique and different in the best of ways. I can’t wait to read more books by Neil and I hope the rest are just as awesome as this one was!

I loved this space travel fiction read! It had so many ideas that made me think deep thoughts and geek out. I loved his unique take on space travel with the miniaturization of the characters. I love Neil Vicker's writing style and his imagination is so original and over the top captivating. His world-building, settings, characters , descriptions and narration is all so unique and enthralling that I couldn't put this book down. I can’t wait to read more of Neil's novels. He has a strong sense of how to tell a good story and his character development is also strong. I loved how original his ideas were throughout the story and the way he wove an alien storyline throughout the book. This was such an entertaining read. If you like mesmerizing space travel adventures, you’re going to love this book!

A Mission to Remember
We’ve seen so many storylines with asteroids coming to hit the Earth or some kind of mutating virus that will knock everyone out of existence. This story had a totally different and new take on how to protect humankind by making the travelers miniature in size to protect them as they explore other habitats. The tiny size is both a protection and a way for them to come and go discreetly so their acts of espionage go undetected. What a fascinating way to incorporate size into a storyline. I loved the process of shrinking and regrowing with lasers and the way Neil created characters that worked so well together. I have not read a lot of space travel fiction, but this book held very interesting plot points for me that kept me so intrigued. I can’t wait to read more like this!

LOVED this storyline!
Man! This book took me for a ride. I haven’t read anything this good in a loooong time. I loved every part of this book. The space travel made this plot line really exciting and entertaining to read. Each character felt real and endearing to me and I loved the chemistry Neil built between the characters too. Their quest throughout this book kept me guessing—I wasn’t sure how he was going to tie up the plot lines or get them out of the predicaments he put each character in, but somehow he wrapped up the story in such a cool way. I love this author! I can’t wait to read more books he’s written ASAP!

Sensational Storyline
This book took me for a ride! Neil Vickers included so many aspects of space travel in this book, but he also incorporated some quantum physics ideas in such interesting ways. I found myself unable to put the book down because I was so intrigued. I couldn’t wait to see what he would do next with his plot points. Neil wrapped aliens and espionage into this book effortlessly and then kept going into even more uncharted territory with the rest of the novel. Man-this guy can write a good story! I loved this book so much. I found myself carrying it around with me everywhere I went so I could keep reading. I totally recommend this book to anyone who likes space travel!

Wow! This book is on FIRE!
I loved the space odyssey feel of this book. The alien life throughout the story was so cool and so different from any other book I’ve read. The characters had to figure out how to make themselves small –like Honey, I Shrunk the Kids style—and that was also super cool. I wasn’t expecting to see something like that in a space book! Neil Vickers has an original take on space that just left me reeling. I loved his plot lines and the way he merged so many different ideas into one book. This book was one of my favorites this year—I couldn’t stop telling people about it. I can’t wait to read more of his stuff!
