Finding Fenbendazole: My Unexpected Path Through Cancer

Rate this book
When I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2019, I followed the usual script: listen to the experts, weigh the options, prepare for the unknown.

Then I stumbled across a story: a man named Joe Tippens, a veterinary drug called fenbendazole, and a growing number of unconventional success cases. What began as curiosity became a deep dive into the science of repurposed drugs, the limitations of conventional treatment, and the surprising possibilities that don't get mentioned in the waiting room.

As my research expanded, other unlikely candidates like ivermectin entered the conversation. And so did stories from everyday people navigating impossible odds.

This isn't a miracle cure book. It's a human one.

In Finding Fenbendazole: My Unexpected Path Through Cancer, I share my journey with clarity, humor, and unflinching honesty. Part memoir, part crash course in overlooked science, this book challenges assumptions while offering something rare: hope that doesn't come wrapped in hype.

- A deeply personal cancer journey—told with candor and compassion
- An exploration of fenbendazole and ivermectin based on research, not rumors
- Real-world stories and surprising studies that challenge medical orthodoxy
- An accessible breakdown of cancer biology without medical jargon

Whether you're facing cancer, supporting a loved one, or simply curious about the boundaries of medical understanding, this book invites you to explore the uncharted.

“Finding Fenbendazole: My Unexpected Path Through Cancer” by Roger Rasmussen is a compelling and thought-provoking read. In this book, the author recounts his personal battle with prostate cancer, diagnosed in 2019. The moment he received confirmation of the diagnosis through a biopsy, his life took an unexpected turn.

Following the diagnosis, Roger underwent an MRI that revealed three lesions of varying sizes and aggressiveness. One moment, he was envisioning a victorious recovery; the next, he was calculating how many summers remained. During this turbulent time, Roger discovered Joe Tippens' blog, Get Busy Living. Within Tippens' Facebook group, he found a community of brave individuals experimenting with fenbendazole—sharing stories and hope beyond the boundaries of conventional medicine.

Roger also shares the story of his brother, who was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2024. Remarkably, within five months of treatment—including the use of fenbendazole—all three of his brother’s lesions had disappeared. Over the course of more than two years using fenbendazole himself, Roger observed significant improvements: his tumors shrank, and his tissue markers steadily improved.

This book is a must-read for anyone interested in alternative healing paths. Rasmussen’s courage, patience, and dedication to research are deeply inspiring. The real-life accounts he shares challenge conventional medical wisdom and spark curiosity about treatments that, while not FDA-approved, have led to surprising outcomes for many.

Book Review: Finding Fenbendazole: My Unexpected Path Through Cancer by Roger Rasmussen

Rating:5/5

👉 A brave, eye-opening journey through illness, uncertainty, and unexpected hope.

👉In Finding Fenbendazole, Roger Rasmussen shares a deeply personal, honest, and thought-provoking account of his battle with prostate cancer. But this is no ordinary cancer memoir. What makes this book extraordinary is Roger’s willingness to venture into uncharted territory—exploring unconventional treatments, questioning traditional medical norms, and most importantly, holding onto a spark of hope that refuses to be extinguished.

👉After receiving his cancer diagnosis in 2019, Roger initially followed the mainstream route of medical tests and consultations. But a chance discovery of Joe Tippens’ story about fenbendazole—a veterinary drug with surprising results in human cancer patients—opened a whole new chapter in his life. What started as curiosity turned into determined research, conversations with fellow patients, and a personal experiment that led to remarkable changes in his condition. His tumors shrank. His tissue markers improved. And along the way, he gained not only physical progress but emotional strength.

✨ What makes this book so powerful is how genuine it is. Roger doesn’t claim miracles or sell false promises. Instead, he shares a nuanced story that blends memoir, medical investigation, and hope—without any hype. His writing is clear, compassionate, and inviting, making complex medical information feel understandable and relevant even to non-experts.

👉The book also touches on his brother’s cancer journey and how fenbendazole played a role in his recovery as well. These real-life examples, along with thoughtful reflections on what it means to take charge of one’s health, make this book a rare and valuable resource for anyone facing illness—or simply trying to understand the broader landscape of healing.

💡 The inclusion of other alternative treatments like ivermectin, along with honest discussions about their potential and risks, adds further depth.

Happy reading 😁😁
