Utterly bonkers like the others in the series but still a super sweet romance behind all the insane knotting and heat driven sex.
Walren, gazelle shifter, and onxy dragon Raptor, were a perfect match and I loved how Raptor went about convincing Walren he was the right mate for him.
Cute kids and the usual high jinks with a butler brother and it's another instalment with a formula followed that works well.

I honestly think that this might have been my favorite story of the whole series so far. I really enjoyed Raptor and Walen’s relationship. They just fitted so nicely together. I enjoyed how it started and how it ended. Honestly, I would’ve given it five stars but that big fight scene was a little much for me. Anyways good story would definitely recommend. Now I just gotta wait for the fourth one, that sadly it’s coming out next year. Hopefully fingers crossed 🤞 it comes out sooner than later.

I love Anna Wineheart’s writing. Her stories are comical, with her characters as fated mates falling in love.
Raptor has been looking for an Omega who would be with him at all times, to help him deal with his untimely ruts. He had been cursed by a witch to go into his ruts at any time. Raptor has already gone through quite a few omegas that didn’t last a week, heck, even a day. He had to find that special omega who could deal with him 24-7.
Then Walren walked into his life by accident. Walren has been living in the safe house for omegas when his hunger pains got the best of him, and decided that he and his baby, Zebbie, would walk down to the local noodle restaurant “Nood’s Good” to eat. He knew he was taking his chances with kidnappers on the prowl, but he was starving.
As Walren started walking to Nood’s Good to eat, his “prey instinct” picked up someone following him. Walren has one bad knee from an injury another Alpha had caused, which makes it difficult to run, but he had to, to save his baby. Walren dodged through traffic to get to the other side of the road as the person raced after him.
The pursuer made it across, also. To Walren’s dismay, the restaurant was closed, so Walren was forced to find someplace to hide, and in the back of Nood’s Good was a back door that happened to be open, and he quickly went inside and locked the door.
While he looked around, he found food to eat and was stuffing leafy greens and a cucumber into his mouth when he heard the thump of a footstep, and a large shadow appeared, and when the light came on, it was the owner! Raptor.
Walren knew Raptor, the dragon, because during his rescue, Raptor had flown him to the hospital, and when they landed, Walren threw up on the poor guy. But Raptor held no grudge against the cute little omega. In fact, Raptor wanted Walren to be his contracted omega.
Finally, Walren read the contract, but did not like the part that if he became pregnant, he would have to give his baby to Raptor. But Raptor was offering to pay the omega a handsome salary for his services. Walren comes up with his own idea and signs the contract.
From here, you should read the book, because it’s a really great read. As I mentioned earlier, I’m always happy with Anna Wineheart’s books, and I enjoyed this book very much. I highly recommend this book. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Just What I Needed
Walery accidentally breaks into Nood Good that is owned by Raptor. He was going to eat but found closed but he was being followed and in his defense the door was unlocked and he needed to hide. This started in book two and I'm so glad we got the full scene. I loved it so much.
I loved how fierce a protector Walery is over his baby and what he does to make sure he doesn't have give up a baby before he realizes that Raptor wants him too. At first I wasn't sure but then when he told Raptor why I totally got it.
Raptor had tried for a year get other omegas to help him with his rut but no one until Walery is worthy. He is so kind to Walery and makes it known he is treasured and he sees beyond his disability. I was right there with Raptor wanting to take that horrible ex down and what they do before the end to that scum bag who in past tried kill Walery is great. That was definitely an epic fight scene.
The romance is sweet and the sex is steamy as always. Cucumber anyone is all I'm going say. Anna you knocked out park again. Love the bonding scene epic and funny.

As usual much too much sex for me. Both the Alpha had a medical issue where he was always going into a rut and then of course we had Walren's heat.
Raptor the Alpha wants an omega who he can breed with and give him his own babies.
One night Walren is hungry and the breaks into a restaurant which happens to belong to Raptor and he is found. After a while the mating contract is bought up and Walren accepts.
We have the usual sex times ( way too many) and eventually Walren gets pregnant.
Much the same story rwaly with changes of names.
I do hope at the end we could have the story of the Butler Brothers. They make these books for me.

Another fun, smexy and completely out there romance from Anna Wineheart. I absolutely adore the way that she writes and balances so many parts of the story.
Walren is a single dad, rescued from being kidnapped and looking for food when he's discovered in Nood's Good kitchen, Raptor's noodle restaurant. Luckily for him, Raptor is a total sweetheart but also someone with extreme needs that Walren can help with. A contract is signed and Walren and Zebbie, his little boy, will be safe and cared for.
Now, Anna's sense of humour and smexy scenes always make me smile. Nothing is too out there in how and alpha and omega come together. There are also many sweet moments as Raptor shows his softer side and the alpha that needs to protect those dear to him.
I can guarantee you, you will never have read a fight scene like the one that is coming in this book! Walren's ex, who caused his leg disability, is around and thinking that he wants back what he threw away but Raptor is far more protective and menacing when it comes to his omega.
I can highly recommend this one, especially for fans of Anna who know how to take the amazing stories that she writes. The nest building, crazy butler, and sentient trolley named Go Cart all help to create this heart warming, loving home that just happens to have extremely hot scenes and the occasional need for violence.

This author is so talented, that she can make fresh veggies sound like a gourmet meal, and that's only the beginning. Her characters are imperfect to the eyes of the world, but not to each other. A riveting scene where Walren's past nightmare resurfaces in his life, and how that was dispatched. It's a wildly humorous, entertaining romantic fantasy, with sentient carts (my fave) and such unique, memorable, and engaging characters. Some heart gripping moments and some heartwarming ones to replace all the bad ones. Another pleasurable read, that kept me turning pages and kept me invested in strange wonderful characters.

An omega shifter on the run, hiding from the baby traffickers and an Alpha looking for something more. When Walren finds himself in Raptor’s world the chaos begins.
I enjoyed seeing these two meet and being along for the ride as they find their way. The two make a good couple and it was nice to see the softer side of Raptor. Their story moves at a good pace and is full of the humor that this author is known for. This book is full of emotions and heat. I was quickly pulled in to the story and rooting for love.

One of the things I liked most about this was the change up in the antagonist. I love all the other books, don't get me wrong, but I am glad I didn't have to read about a kidnapping attempt. Though I guess technically there still was one but it wasn't the same anyway. I really liked the ruts that Raptor had to go through. That was different as well so was cool to read. I liked both of the main characters a lot. Can't wait for the one!

In a rut? Need to nut? What to do? Oh, I don’t know how about writing a contract to take care of that problem. Walren just about broke my heart with his hunger pains and painful, abusive ex. The things these poor omegas put up with, trying to find love and a place. I love the dragons and shifters of Cartfalls. They not only find their mates, they cherish and protect them.

What neither could anticipate was how easy it would be to fall in love.

This is a fun, dirty and sexy book. I enjoyed Raptor and Walren. The cute babies. The fun parts. The sexy parts. The tense parts. This story gives you a lot with a dragon shifter and a gazelle shifter. Romance and fun flirty dialog. I was really entertained.

I really enjoyed this book. The author quickly drew me in and had me reading until the last page was turned. Walren and Raptor are intriguing characters. Their story is sweet, humorous and full of love.

Amusing Romp
There's some serious stuff in the story, but it's dealt with swiftly. Often near the end of the books. The world is slightly off kilter at times, and a lot silky, but it's part of what makes the series so endearing. The characterization of the MCs is very sweet.

I particularly didn't like this book. The sex was overkill, and I felt that it was demeaning for Walren.
