Short Read Series: The Gospel in Context: The Good News in Light of the Bad News

Rate this book
One often hears the message that God is love, but to the exclusion of His justice. Similarly, one often hears that God is merciful to sinners, but usually there is no warning that He will condemn unrepentant sinners. It is my hope that this publication will help members of Christ’s Body to realize, in order for the message of the Gospel to be effective, it must be proclaimed in its proper context, that is, in light of God’s justice. Apart from understanding the bad news about sin, people cannot appreciate the good news of Jesus.
