Outside of the literary realm, Maureen finds artistic fulfillment in making crafts and exploring her creativity through various crafting projects. Whether it's jewelery making, her circuit maker or DIY creations, she delights in bringing her imagination to life with her hands. Brilliantly written...
An unflinching peek at the private fears of surviving life changing altercations to our bodies, our personal and private space invaded by diseases beyond our control. This short story is a gentle reminder that we are so much more resilient than we might have ever given ourselves credit for. The author, as usual, combines her prose and poetry in beautifully gifted fashion.
