Starts off amazing 30 pages in then reveals itself as a thinly veiled preachy Ellen G. White propaganda leaflet. I don't mind reading a Christian story told from the perspective of a Seventh day Adventist. I had to put this down halfway through because its doesn't really respect the reader at that point.
A very moving account of a man who transformed mentally and physically. I recommend to anyone with a background of alcohol abuse and/or robbery who wants to live with Christ especially if that life for Christ include The Sabbath.
This a wonderful story of a young man searching for the truth of the Sabbath. The writing itself is pretty standard and easy to understand though at some points it can get confusing. The story though, is a great read.
I love this book, I have read it many times. It is nice to read a refresher course on why I keep the Seventh-day Sabbath, as the Ten commandments instruct us to and as was set up by our Creator in the very beginning.
Abandoned this 3/4 the way through. Although it seemed to be theologically Biblically solid, there was an agenda regarding observation of the Sabbath. It seemed to be the tipping point even over salvation for life of a follower of Christ.
