Angel is running from her past with nothing in tow but her secrets. Winding up in the small town of Carefree, Arizona, she has no idea what she’s about to get herself into. The past seldom stays there and she should know this by now. Jesse has a way of crawling under her skin, the very thing she promised herself no man would do again. An outlaw with honour, he’ll do just about anything to keep her safe. But entering a world where the club comes first and endangering the life she’s built there, should she run or stay for the ride?
Let me just start by saying: SIÂN, YOU FING DID IT!!!!
For a debut novel, I am seriously impressed. From the very first chapter, I was absolutely hooked. I just had to know what was going to happen next. This book grabbed me and did. not. let. go.
Hell Raiser is not what I’d call a slow burn, but it’s also not a race-to-the-finish. The pacing was chef’s kiss (for me), steady, captivating, and packed with just the right amount of intensity to keep you constantly engaged.
The relationship between the MCs unfolds in such a compelling, organic way. The tension, the chemistry, the suspense, and yes, the spice (!!!), it all blends together in a story that’s gripping and emotionally charged.
Angel’s story is so intense and beautifully developed. I felt for her the entire way through. She’s powerful, raw, and deeply human. Watching her journey unfold was incredibly moving.
And Jesse… JESSE. I think I’m in love with you - xoxo
I’m beyond excited for the next books in the series. Fingers crossed we get more of Emmet, Cairo, and Tyler (PLEASE). And Siân… I would absolutely not be mad about an FMC named Zoë. Just saying 😉.
To sum it up: I love you girlypops, and I’m so proud of this brilliant, bold, and emotional rollercoaster of a debut. Cannot wait to see what you do next!!!
So I’ve rated this book 3 stars and I will tell you why. But I want to start off with saying that for a debut book it was a book with good writing! The writing style is very easy and enjoyable. 🫶🏻
The reason why I’ve rated it 3 stars is because of the pacing of the story, everything happend so fast. It was not insta-love but it was close to it, and I’m just not a big fan of that.
But I did really enjoy reading it, especially in the beginning. As the story progressed so many things kept happend back to back to back, so it was a little bit overwhelming for me at times. Same with the constant love declaring, I know a lot of people love this!! So it’s a me problem.
I am very curious to see how the other books in the series will be 💗
It reminds me of the feeling of watching sons of anarchy, keeping me on the edge of my seat and freaking swearing with everything that's happening.
Ride or Die 🎲 is everything and so much heat and tension. It's explosive 🧨 and everything a motorbike peeps are. Loyal to the bones and don't f**k with them.
A gripping steamy romance that hooks you from the very first page! Read this for a drool worthy biker MMC (including a delicious “who did this to you” moment), and a haunted FMC with her past biting at her ankles.
Especially loved the found family of the motorcycle club, and the smut that was 🥵
Never did I think I would enjoy a book about a motorbike club so much. Could really visualise everything and found myself picking this up whenever I had a spare 5 minutes so I could be back in this world! I gasped, I laughed, I teared up and I can’t wait to read book 2!!
I am not a motorcycle club girlie, but when I tell you I devoured this! The relationship between Jesse & Angel had me giggling. Siân has a way of writing inner monologue that grips you. No notes, smashed it, bring on Hell Bent 🥵
Well Sian I have enjoyed reading your novel. From that little girl I knew to the women and author you are now I wish you every success and I will be reading your next chapter of the MC. I have enjoyed getting to know your characters.
An American romance filled with passion and action ! An easy read and an amazing book to begin this series. Excited to see what else this author brings out !
