Definitely learned a lot, but the class itself was a lot more informative for so much body work.

extremely valuable resource for singers & all musicians! you can learn a lot about alexander technique even if you only have minimal access to a teacher while reading this.

Superficial advice with an advertising feel to find a teacher. Only somewhat helpful.

Whilst this is a useful guide to basic principles of AT, it is rather clumsily written and at times even a little misleading. It is also riddled with errors of grammar and punctuation, which make it all the more frustrating to read.
