Everyone at Ryder High knows what it means to have a teal envelope taped to their locker on the first day of the month.

Lyla Moore has been waiting for hers for years, ever since her older brother had been involved in the Secret Admirer organization and numerous of his friends participated.

Danielle Keil grew up and spent the majority of her life in the Chicagoland area. A recent transplant, she is enjoying the Mississippi life, especially the pool in her backyard.
Danielle is happily married for over 10 years, and has two young children, a daughter and a son, who are exact replicas of her and her husband.

Danielle's love language is gifts, her Ennegram is a 9w1, and she loves everything purple.
The way to her heart is through coffee, chocolate and tacos (extra guac).

I cannot tell you enough about how I will read this series over and over until I ☠️. Danielle Keil has truly changed the world with this series.

Dear Lyla is a young adult, secret admirer with a theater girl heroine who thrives at the theatrics! This book was filled with mystery. Filled with feel good energy and adorable moments this book really brings a smile to one’s face. I enjoyed this book one thousand percent!

Without a doubt, I recommend this for all to read! This series is really great for everyone.

Lyla is a legacy and just like her mentor Mya, Lyla has found herself with the famous teal envelope during no other time then the spring play, which she got the lead role. She doesn't have time to follow clues around with the play she had to focus to nail her role, but her admirer made her clues come to her with being the Phantom of her dreams. her brother tucker was pumped that it was his little sister's month and can finally learn about it and being a part of the best tradition at Ryder High. will Lyla be able to figure out her Phantom of her Oprea before the end of the month or will she get the hook before the time is up.

I of course love all the books in this series, but this one in particular gave me so many extra feelings and swoon! One of my top favourites! The admirer in this one was so good I still have heart eyes hours later! The mystery of the admirer also brought me back and forth a few times, and whether it was the one I wanted it to be or not, well I'll just say the result thrilled me.

I really enjoy the series this is actually what's the answer calls season 2 of this series I believe the first part of the series of books that she wrote is just called love notes on Goodreads I'm not sure if she went back and changed it and added season 1 to the title of this series or not but I have loved both series of books and this author so I will continue to read her books as long as it is something I am interested in
