This is suspenseful and a beautiful read, I loved Max and Brie together. She is still missing her dad the only family love she has ever had, her mum being cold and distant. After a one night stand she had gone home, now she is back to where she grew up re-uniting with her friend.
Max has been searching for the mysterious women he had a one night stand with, he just cant forget her. Apart from the bad guys getting in the way this was a sweet love story, I loved all the touching little moments and the strong love that built between these two characters. How all the family take her in and make her one of them even before they know the connection. There is some violence with the threat the guys are dealing with that is a bit harrowing to read knowing the situation with Brie at that stage of the story, but I'm glad that she ends up stronger for it. I am loving this series and went straight into this from book #1 and from this into book #3. A new author and one I will be keeping watch on from now on.

If you thought Logan was hot in Savage Seduction, meet Max in Savage Promise. Another hottie from Savage Security looking for the girl that rocked his world one night only to find her in the most surprising way (I’m not spoiling it). Max & Brie burn up the pages in the second book of the Savage Series. Can’t wait to see what Nate has lined up in the next book.

So I finished Savage Seduction, and then I'm like ok I loved Max in the first book, even though I got a tiny speck of him here and there. But HOT DAMN, thankfully I moved onto his story right away and had a chance to read a whole book dedicated to his story. I loved Max and Brie's story even more then Logan and Zoe's. It was so freakin cute. There was an unexpected surprise early on in the book, which I am really glad was not ruined in reviews, which I am grateful for. Max was such a sexy, respectable, male lead. He was so sweet to Brie and I loved their scenes. You get a bigger glance this time at the Savage family as well, which is always fun to read. I love unraveling each of the siblings personalities as each book moves on. I am dieing to get my hands on the next book in the series. Highly recommend this book!

Writing Max and Brie’s story was all I had hoped for and more. Before I had even started writing Max’s story I was already smitten with his charm and mischief. As their story developed, Max and Brie stole my heart as they battled for each other’s and I hope they do the same for you.
I thought I knew Max Savage with his magnetic suave and shit eating grin but as their story developed and secrets were uncovered, SAVAGE PROMISE took even me to places I didn’t realize either one of them possessed. As each of their layers are revealed, so is the danger that threatens to pull them apart before they can come together.
I hope you enjoy reading how Max and Brie turn a hot passionate night into something so much more, as much as I enjoyed writing it!

Loved it loved it loved it.. Steamy one night stand- turns into. SO MUCH MORE. Love the Alpha male and strong female tug of war. Hot love scenes. Can't call them straight sex scenes when it becomes obvious it is so much more than that. Highly recommend
