The Living Buddha Within You
Looking directly and honestly at your human experience requires bravery. Here is your guidebook, meeting you just where you are in the midst of your wants and your frustrations, your illusions that either torment or please you.
While you are securely wrapped within the comfort of familiarity, reality is asking more of you. It is asking you to come alive, to bring your senses out to play, and to release your mind into the vastness of things as they are.
To accept this invitation is to understand the true nature of your birthright as well as your hope and your fear, to squarely face the things that get in the way of your authentic joy, and to gather timeless methods for overcoming these obstacles. The living Buddha within awaits, and the path to it is here, between these covers.

I was a student of Frank's at Naropa, and this book provides an insightful collection of his practical and immediate views into Buddhism.
