Diid I just finish this book in a couple of hours ? Yes I did !!! Did the book emotionally finish and wreck me ? It absolutely freaking did!!😭😭❤️ I don’t have enough words to express how much this book made me cry !! The moment I hit the 40% I was in tears and didn’t stop crying 😭😭 This book really hit deep for real. I don’t know what’s with me recently but books have been making me want to cry but this one? Hello? Plsss it made me extra extra cry 😭 genuinely.
Let’s talk about our MMC he’s unhinged , reckless, impulsive but when he loves he’s such a sweetheart.🥺🥺❤️ The things he has gone through oh god he didn’t deserve it and all the betrayal and the hurt but when he did certain stuff in the book it really hit me deep and I just couldn’t stop crying.😭 His redemption arc well wow it’s really well done tbh it was really realistic aswell which I really freaking liked. I love him as a character and he did make me cry though 😭
Moving on to our FMC oh girl she’s just the purest souls you could meet. The stuff this woman went through I don’t wish it on anyone . Please 😭😭 it broke me to my core I was there reading this in my bed like what have I done and what has she done to experience this!! It really made me cry for her and feel her as a character. She’s a strong woman btw who knows how to prioritise herself and that’s what I really loved about her character. ❤️🩹It was so refreshing to read. Again I love her character so much.🥺❤️
Talking about the plot line and the quotes wellll…. They wrecked me cause some of them were so relatable asf that i had to take the time to reflect on them and cry myself a little. Overall this book was absolutely an amazing and soul and heart wrecking experience and I couldn’t have wanted it in any other way. It’s amazing !!😍😍

Imagine a ruthless; diabolical man hell bent on vengeance. Like he's that unhinged; bada** man that nobody messes with. Thats Leo. Yet there's also a softer side to him.
This book is so intense and is full of betrayal, hatred, revenge, and you are taken on one hell of a roller coaster ride that you don't know whether to laugh or cry from fear.
Our FMC is so sweet and endearing and you often wonder to yourself how someone like that could endure the things that she has. My heart broke for her in so many ways. There were times I was yelling at the book asking her why she was putting up with it. And there were other times I was like....... oh my gosh, I need to give her a hug.
This book will have you wondering whether you need medication because you're emotions are going to be all over the place. Definitely read the triggers before you start this book because this book is delicious and sinful all at the same time. This was definitely a five star read for me.

I really loved the story. It never got boring, and I was hooked from the beginning. The connection between Leo and Emilia was intense and kept me interested the whole time. I liked how their emotions felt raw and real.
What I liked how it showed love through pain and obsession. The drama and tension made it exciting to read.
What could improve is that some of the last parts felt too similar and a bit repetitive. It would be better with more variety or something fresh in those scenes to keep the same strong impact.
Overall, I really enjoyed it. Emotional, dark, and hard to put down.

Really enjoyed reading this book. Anika Bushra did a great job bringing the strength behind the emotions . The story of Leo & Emilia is full of passion , vulnerability, strength and learning.

Firstly, i want to thank the author Anika Bushra for giving me the Arc in exchange for an honest review.
This story is an emtional, intense and deeply layered that gripped my attention from the very first page. Truth be told i was hooked.The characters were so well portrayed that it felt raw and real. It wrecked me like literally!!!. And it's the kind of story that makes you pause, and whisper Oh My God - then dive right back in because you want to know what happens next.
