A Lifesaver for Single Seniors

You might think a year of full-time culinary school and 32 years of home cooking would prepare me. But as a recently widowed man, I found myself living on meat and potatoes or instant ramen. No motivation to cook, no appetite, and a freezer full of food. This book is a lifesaver to add diversity, health and flavor back to my diet.

Great book for Seniors!

This is a great book on the Mediterranean diet! It provides an introduction to this diet as well as detailed information on the nutritional needs of seniors. There are a ton of of recipes that are easy to follow and understand! I highly recommend, especially for the older population!

Great recipes!

This book has so many recipes, each one labeled in difficulty. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. It include a 60 day meal plan which I'd great if you need help when it comes to meal planning. Plenty of options to choose from if you have allergies to a few things like myself. Definitely recommend!

This book not only gives you great recipes but it also gives you many tips and tricks to help with the diet. I love that it listed budget friendly shopping tips and that it gives you meal prepping ideas as well.

easy Mediterranean Meals for Seniors

I am trying to help my elder mother eat more healthy. These simple recipes are easy to follow with easy to manage serving sizes. When we find a recipe she likes, we double it.
