Trevor had never arrived at school. His mom grew worried. She searched high and low for him. He was nowhere to be found.
Until she opened the door to a small sewing room...
Trevor was sitting on a pile of blankets, reading his favorite book. His mother scolded him and sent him to school. He was not deterred and continued reading his book as he walked to school.
To this day...
Trevor is most often found in a comfortable niche, reading his next favorite book.

Trevor Darby has made the idea of becoming a beekeeper both interesting and exciting in this book of his about bees. Before I listened to this book, I always thought there was an element of living dangerous by wanting to take honey from bees; however, Trevor has explained it in such simple steps that anyone can become a beekeeper as long as the person is willing to invest some money and a little bit of time each year. I recommend this book to anyone who thinks that they might like to become a beekeeper and/or to anyone who would like to know more about bees. Paul Jennings' narration is pleasant with his no nonsense, easy to understand delivery of the contents of this book. I was given a free copy of the audiobook and I have voluntarily left this review.
a very good book for the beginning bee keeper. it could have a used a few diagrams or pictures, but if you seriously want to get into bees you will learn what everything is then. I actually enjoyed reading this book instead of being bored out of my mind like I am with some instructional books
